"The carpets in every apartment are falling apart. Maintenance always takes weeks to get to any request. The pool facilities have been closed for years to the residents, but the managers family are frequently in there. When we have tried to go into the pool that managers have come out and told us that we were not allowed to be in there and did not have an answer when we mentioned them being in there the day before. The advertised price looks super low, but in reality it is at least $150 more than the advertised price. This is really not a great place to live."

"Richard was a great tour guide who went above and beyond to show us not only the property but the tunnel walkway too. He also told us about changes they have made in the past yr. Not sure if we will rent at Gateway but we were impressed with management."

"do not move here. management threw my laundry away because it was “unattended”. There was no warning this would happen anywhere. we pay for a pool and a hot tub even though it doesn’t work and never will. we also pay for apple tv but that got taken out of our apartments the first week of living here. myself and 2 of my roommates have cats, and they all got fleas and we did everything we could to get rid of them, but nothing helped. they had fleas for about 6 months, they disappeared in the winter for about 3 months, then came right back. management did nothing. this was not only miserable for our cats, but for us too as we were getting eaten alive by them. Management only answers text messages that they want to answer, so you will get ignored most of the time. i asked repeatedly what the process was for a room change too a higher floor due to the fleas, never got a response so i never got a room change. the office will close at the most random times most days, or as they call it “we’re having a meeting” so if you need to get a guest parking pass you’re screwed. If you make a maintenance request, if you’re lucky, the fastest they will get it done is 2 months. my car got booted one day because my parking sticker wasn’t in the “right place” even though it was completely visible. i had to pay $70 for that. the only thing these people are on top of is making sure you pay your rent and booting people. these are all completely honest responses. you will regret moving here."

"I am extremely disappointed in the deplorable conditions they expect students to reside in. Thermostat wasn’t working. I reported it tons of times they said they fixed it. the next day it wasn’t working again. Due to the hot weather a lot of bugs came into the apartment because Ac want working.Blinds were broken and they charge me for the broken blinds and also because there were bugs in the room. Mattress wasn’t in a good condition I could feel the springs of it. When I asked them to replace it, They told me to buy a mattress topper. Their excuse was “ it’s a student housing”."

"I would give this place 0 stars if I could. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Manager forced me to pay her $300 on her personal Venmo before I could move out. Management is awful When I moved in we had black mold in one of our bathrooms and the other one has a hole in the ceiling. We had a broken oven for 4 months. They final decided to fix it when I threatened to terminate my lease."
