"Maintenance and staff are great and on top of things, but I should not have had to move in to an apartment that had broken or missing things in the first place, it should have all been replaced before hand, and been more careful when re-painting to not splatter it and have it more clean. Would really like the kids playground area to be kept clean and safe. I found broken glass right by the slide and my child picking up a cigarette end. A trash close by that gets emptied regularly could be a good addition. It needs to be monitored that people need to pick up their dogs poop. Please, children play in this grass."

The grounds are beautifully landscaped, creating a serene and welcoming environment that I appreciate every day.
