"This is such a peaceful place with a great location right by the temple and shopping. The people are so nice and the apartments are very spacious. Josh is the new leasing person and has been so helpful with responding to emails and phone calls."
"I lived here for a year. It was not the best. Terrible communication with management. I gave them my notice last January that i would not be renewing my lease (which ended in March) and when the day came to me moving out. They said i never gave a notice and that i owe 3 months of rent, even though i would not be living there anymore. And they threatened me with their lawyers. I still have not received my security deposit from them and they never answer the phone and the last time I got someone on the phone and I NICELY told them my problem, some lady said she would have someone get back to me. Yeah, no, I still have not heard from anyone, and they will not answer or return my calls."
"If I had a choice I wouldn't give this place a review. When me and my husband first moved in it was great no problems. Management was willing to work with us with our rent. They would always pick up the phone and when they didn't pick up the phone they would call back. In November of 2021 things started to go down hill when management changed. Our dishwasher was leaking left water damage. Took them serval months to get it fix. Me and my husband decided to move out because we couldn't afford living here anymore. Our lease was about to end and we give them a thirty day notice letting them know we will be moving out. They told us we had to give them sixty days per contract. Even though they didn't give us sixty day notice on whether to decide to renew our contract like the pervious manger did when we first moved in. They have no office. So you can't talk to the leasing manager about anything. Don't try calling them because that's a joke. We have been moved out since September 17, 2023 it's now February 1, 2024 and we still haven't gotten our deposit back. When I try calling them about it they don't pick up and if you leave a voice mail they don't return your calls. And on top of that they don't respond to your emails as well. It has come to the point where me and my husband are thinking of going to the police because they will not answer our calls and emails about our security deposit."
"Creekside Oaks deserves zero stars. I lived here only one year. It wasn’t bad at first. New management came in and it was awful after that. Heating and cooling never worked after many attempts to get maintenance to fix it. I moved out, and I have called over and over about my security deposit refund and left a dozen voicemails. I get no response back. This place is awful. Do better."
"Lived here for the past 3 or so years. First 2+ years would be 5 stars. Problems arose the last year specifically with repairs getting fixed only to break the next day. Also we apparently had water damage in the roof directly over our kitchen table that we thought was just a stain until a big rain storm hit and our roof began leaking onto our furniture and table. Roof never got fixed in our time living there for the next 5-6 months leading to us moving out. Biggest issue so far is I could not get ahold of a single person for 3 weeks when it came time to start the move out process. Called their phone line 20+ times in the span of the 4 weeks. Emailed multiple contacts to hear nothing back. Sent tons of contact messages in their resident portal to once again hear nothing. I got lucky and found an old number to a member of creekside name’s Kimberly! She was very friendly and understood how poorly their communication has been the past few months and at-least helped up with some of the moving out process. Lastly I have not heard anything at all about my security deposit… assuming I’ll never see that again. And finally being possibly over charged my last month of rent. Hopeful they make this right."
