"The website says "professionaly managed." That is not the case. They lost my rent (money order). I visited the office to inquire, and Carol that works there was antogonistic, and made no attempt to be helpful. She lost the rent, when I attempted to work toward a resolution, ie, call Western Union and follow the required process she interupted me on several occasions to protest that she could not find the check. We were past this, I was attempting to seek resolution. It is clear why many residents have trouble communicating with the staff. She then accused me of interupting her and stated... "it's not my problem, what do you want me to do?" It is clear when someone is uncooperative, abusive and is such a simpleton that you cannot earn any reasomable coroperation, to say nothing of civil communication."

"I lived in the Ray Apartments while I attended OU. Great location as I walked to classes every day and jogged around campus daily. In the evenings I could just walk to Campus Corner of the Student Union to study. The only reason I have four stars and not five is the train tracks across the parking lot from me and my air-conditioning seeped to the apartment below mine. Yes, I received their heat in the winter, LOL! Great location. I had good neighbors."
