OU Motel

"The OU motel is a Dump and is ran by a well trained Slumlord. The placed is infested with rats roaches and bed bugs. The building is 80 years old and isn't being maintained. My hot water was off from January 12 until March 4, 2924. My rent has been prepaid from January 12 to March 14. I sent a letter asking that the rent paid from January 12 to March 14 be reallocated to March 4 to May 5 because the apartment was uninhabitable during the period that the hot water was off. They responded by locking me out and giving me a notice to vacate. This Place is uninhabitable and ran on corrupt business practices and should be shut down. U would be better off in a Homeless Shelter or a Homeless Encampment."

"Absolutely "0" stars...A complete and total dump people...no carpet...no throw rugs or mats....bulbs burnt....shower broke...tub doesn't plug....terrible terrible rude staff, front desk help and maids are the rudest ever experienced....noticable dirty unchanged linen....dirty filthy unclean...bedbugs (and what the hell ever other bugs they raise there)....completely marked off my list....THIS PLACE IS AN AWFUL DUMP!!!..UNFIT TO STAY IN...DONT STAY AT THIS MOTEL PEOPLE!!! "Do not stay here, there are bedbugs and roaches in every room. The housekeepers are on meth. They kicked me out even though I paid my pet deposit. They are running a criminal operation here. The owner all the way down to the staff are rude, inconsiderate, and unethical. Went a full week of 100 degree weather with no ac because the owner was too cheap to repair. I also lived there three months and they made not one attempt to fix the non working refrigerator in my room."
