"DO NOT BOOK!!!! YOU ARE WARNED!!!! This property is absolutely filthy. It is full of cigarette and pot smoke. The doors are broken. There is blood on the floor. There are bugs everywhere. The bedding is ripped. I felt like I needed to clean my body after being in there for five minutes. Also they will LIE to you and tell you they never received your payment and ask you to pay again. Then you'll have to fight for a refund. I did NOT end up staying the night here. I had to walk out. I was nauseous after five minutes in the hotel. I would rather buy a tent and sleeping bag and sleep at the Duck Pond than stay in this filth hole. I have never in my life stepped into a place that was so disgusting. This place is a SCAM. Don't be tempted by price and location - it isn't worth it."

"I stayed here last night. Only problems I had was with the bed being slanted on one side and some roaches crawling on the walls. Room was decent, ac worked great, bed was comfy just had to make some slight adjustments when laying but wasn’t too bad."

"This place is a dump!!! The room we got was filthy, the bed was broken lengthwise, there were holes in the walls. The bathroom was dirty, lights didn't work. The owner was very disrespectful and very argumentative. We ended up leaving and were denied a full refund even though we didn't stay there. A real ripoff. I would definitely not recommend this place for health reasons. This place should be condemned!!"
