"Decent basic place to stay in Norman. The room was ok but the staff friendly and helpful."

"BED BUGS!!! Arrived Sunday the 24th, checked in and went to the room and it had not been cleaned from the previous stay. I Was given another room, and the next morning woke up with several bites but didn’t think much of it, as I’ve never had bed bugs. Went through the day and to bed the next night and woke up with more bites on face, arms and chest. Spoke with the front desk, was apologized to, told that the entire cleaning staff had been recently fired and given another room. Bites got worse the next morning and spoke with the manager and she stated that I had brought them in with me. I immediately left and went to another hotel, Comfort Inn, explained what happened at the Marriott and the Comfort Inn gave me laundry soap and free use of the washing machines and dryers. (I wrote this for a friend in her words)"

"Only stayed for a short night so really only experienced the room. It was clean and well maintained. The guide on the television wasn't working though, so had to go through all the channels several times. Great location with tons of restaurants nearby. I recommend Volcano Sushi. However, in leaving the hotel, it's kind of slow to get to I35 North. So, if you need to make a quick getaway, better head south."

"This hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Shana at the front desk was always friendly and greeted you with a smile. I was highly impressed with thr professionalism and friendliness also how clean it was."

"Room was clean and actually smelled good, service was great. Front desk was polite and professional. The food places near was a nice extra so easy to walk to."
