"Pet Friendly Plenty of lighting Coffee Machine - Not well cleaned; had unidentifiable particles. Regardless, I'd recommend staying away from coffee machines in hotels in general. Elevators - Well-oiled machines! Some of the smoothest elevators I have ever encountered. In motion, they feel like you aren't moving at all. Only when you start and stop can you tell that you've moved. Beds - Perfect softness and comfort level for me. Refrigerator - Did its job Last but not Least, Tap water review: Tastes clean and normal. No hints of metal or river (looking at you St. Louis). Only a slightly bitter aftertaste the first time you taste it."

"My first room had a bloody, hairy band-aid along with blood on the sheets, pizza in the trash and some stuck to the heating and air unit on the floor. Kevin was wonderful about it, but the cleaning was an issue. Janay seems nice but idk if its her pregnancy that causes tackiness and how to properly speak to people, but it was ugly and uncalled for. Anytime my room was cleaned, they always missed items like kleenex, hand soap and lotion, once toilet paper, paper towels and the floor hadnt been swept, BUT the bed was made lol...oh and towels, had to ask for those a few times. They upgraded me to a suite after the first night due to that being disgusting and unsanitary."

"Excellent hotel! Our room was super clean and luxurious! The suites have a full kitchen and living area. The staff are incredible!! Everyone we met was super friendly and helpful! There is a fire pit near the lobby and we made s'mores and relaxed on the couches. The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had. We definitely will be back!"

"The upscale feel begins at check-in, and continues on to the well appointed rooms with very comfortable beds and fantastic pillows and soft linens. My only complaint is that the mini fridge in the room cycles all night long, creating an annoying high frequency whine, pretty easily solved by cracking the window just enough to let ambient sound from the distant freeway to gently overtake the bothersome hum. Pet friendly, and well situated near enough to local attractions without being surrounded by commercial traffic. Breakfast is fantastic with a wide selection of popular breakfast fare, served up in a comfortable and convenient public space where you can sit to enjoy, or grab it on the run. Above average quality food, with a more complete selection than most area establishments. Stayed on business but will return for pleasure next time I'm in the area."
