"Large 2 room suite on the 4th floor. Very clean and modern. Quiet and cozy. Felt right at home and the bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept in at a hotel."

"*Edited to say that I contracted scabies from this hotel! Room 320. They are not cleaning their bedding properly. The rooms are not cleaned well. The bathtub was gross. The couch had spots of old food on it. The body wash in our shower was empty. My husband went down to get more and they told him all they could give him was a tiny bar soap in a 1 inch x 2 inch box... for my husband, my son, and I to share. Nice. The beds are very uncomfortable. If you move at all it wakes the other person in bed up. I'm a side sleeper and my shoulder is sore from sleeping on their mattress. The smoke detector on the ceiling flashes a bright white light every 10 seconds all night while you're trying to sleep. Very relaxing.. I would not stay here again."

"We drove 8 hours and arrived exhausted. Showered and noticed black mold and the furnishings seemed dirty. I’m getting in bed and pull back the covers. I look down and there’s a used condom on the floor. No manager on duty Friday, Sat or Sunday when we left, only a young college girl. I would not ask a young girl to clean up a bio hazard. We put it in a ziplock and the manager of housekeeping said she make a note of it. We kept waiting to speak to a manager and it never happened. We will never stay in a holiday inn again. Called customer service and they offered 7000 points. You get 10,000 a night- meaningless gesture. Your health and the health of the staff are not their concern."

"This is probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in while in Norman. The staff was friendly and courteous, the room was spotless, the breakfast was delicious. Check in and out was a breeze. I had no issues with the room and the AC worked splendidly. My only complaint is the TV guide for their channel selection but I doubt that is a “them” issue. We spent around $100-$130 a night. I believe the pool was available but we did not use it. Plenty of parking. I know it was kid friendly because there were kids at breakfast but we didn’t hear any noise in our room."
