"The 5 star is for the apartment itself! We have been here for a year, now. My husband and I LOVE Twin Creek! I’m genuinely scared to move anywhere else because we do feel spoiled. Maintenance is amazing. They’re usually here within 24 hours when we put a request in online. They were at our apartment within an hour when we had an emergency. The front office lady is also the sweetest person I’ve ever met. She’s always so helpful and listens when we have any problems. The only issue that people should take into account is the area. We do get some homeless people who walk through. There have been break-ins. We ended up getting cameras that can see all the cars on our side and we’ve noticed that there haven’t been anymore break-ins or broken alcohol bottles in the street on our side of the apartment, anymore. But overall, we enjoy living here and we understand why they have wait lists!"

"Giving a 4/5, because living at Twin Creek was a good experience overall. The grounds and apartments are very nice, though the units are a bit dated. The prices are reasonable. However, there were also some downsides. First, when we moved in, no one told us about their move-in policy. Renters are expected to move in at 5:00 pm on their move-in date, so beware of this. Second, we had a roach infestation in our building when the weather started getting warmer in the spring. This lasted for over a month and until we moved out. Our apartment was sprayed, but this didn’t take care of the issue."

"I just want to say that I miss Twin Creek so much! The apartments are so beautiful the grounds and landscaping is so nicely done and the management really cares about their jobs! I have lived in another apartment for a year and its really made me see how much I appreciated Twin Creek! Maintenance calls were always done in a timely manner, there was always someone who answered the phone when you called and always someone in the office! Also our neighbors and the community was always really great! Quiet, respectful and caring neighbors! We have made some lifelong friends at Twin Creek that we still talk to today! It wasn't until I moved into another apartment that I realized how truly great Twin Creek was and I just want to say thank you and we miss ya'll so much!"

"Kat is an amazing property manager and the assistant manager Brittany, is just as if not equally helpful. Anything that needs to be done is done in a ample amount of time, they give you notice when they are going into your apartment. I really like the texts for property to let everyone know what’s taking place. Reasonably priced and the property is very, very well kept. I love the fact that they are very pet friendly and there is also the dog park. And I use the covered parking at all times. Helps with the rain for now and I’m sure it will help when it ices up. Also can’t beat the pool area with grills as well. Very nice place and will recommend anyone to live here."
