"Had to call maintenance several times to fix the door switch, they would come in say it's fine without actually looking took 6ish attempts with me having to practically stand over the Maintenance guy's shoulder to make sure it got done, Apartment flooded 3 times twice were from the same reason and didn't get fixed properly the first time, AC broke the first summer, didnt get fixed right the first time, and later found out it was leaking... I think it was from the other two times they "fixed it". As I was leaving, they took a new tenant right across the hall from me that would blare Mexican music all day long, and they took in a tenant upstairs who literally runs through their apartment at 2 A.M.. Management was okay. They usually helped when Maintenance failed, Rent went up by 180 my first to second year, and they weren't going to raise it if I wanted a 3rd year. You have to pay Rent by the 1st or you get a late fee no room for error, only time I missed was because I was locked out of my account and management actually helped me and removed the charge. They were the only upside to living here, but maintenance ruined 90 percent of the experience for me"

"I wish I could give 0 star. The worst place I have lived in so far. The landlord easily makes rules, terms, and conditions to get more money from you. It is stated in their agreement and on their website that the apartments are smoke free. However, it seems all smokers (especially weed smokers) choose this place to live because the landlord does not follow its own policies. The excessive noise in this apartment complex is intolerable. The landlord simply does not care about any section of their agreement. The only thing the landlord cares about is MONEY and he wants more from you in any way he can. Do yourself a favor and do not make a headache for yourself/family, AVOID renting from this landlord. Do not move into this apartment complex."

"My one-bedroom apartment was very spacious and affordable! I enjoyed the view from my window, as the maintenance team makes the yard beautiful. The staff is professional and always answers requests in a timely manner. I felt safe and had no issues with other tenants. Highly recommend Summer Pointe to anyone looking for a place to call home in Norman (and it's close to Steel Fitness & OU!)."

"Nice little duplex kinda like having your own home. Only had one maintenance issue which was taking care of pretty quickly. Never had a problem with someone answering the phone when I called like some places. Staff was always kind and courteous when I called. Apartments are really nice and taking care of and some have their own washer and dryer which is a big plus especially if you consider how much you spend on going to a laundry mat. They spray on time quarterly for bugs. If you're looking for a quiet well taken care of maintained apartment or community I highly recommend you check out Summer Pointe Apartments. They also own other complexes in Norman so they have alot of options for you."
