"This place is *dangerous* don't be fooled by the super old reviews or the new fake ones put up by the property manager's friends. Norman's largest homeless encampment is right next door and the crime is unbelievable. They tell you they have on site laundry - what they mean is that the homeless have laundry and they will steal your clothes the minute you leave. The homeless also love to use the hottub as their bath (one man in particular does it naked) so it's never open to residents. Your car will be broken into - doesn't matter if you have anything in it, the homeless just want a place to crash for the night. And good luck if you need to walk your dog or take out the trash at night. Our final straw was talking the dog out to find a homeless man stabbing another in the street and others just standing around watching. We moved to the northeast side of Norman and while rent is about the same the difference in crime is like night and day."

"Suzanna is the kindest person. I love the property and it is very affordable. When I moved in, Suzanna was so helpful, I can't say enough about her. The apartments are cute with full size washer/dryer hookups. It is also very quiet. The maintenance guys are very kind and responsive. Overall, nice place to live."

"Loved here 5 yrs and watched it go from great to bad. New property owners have no idea wat a great place.they have. The maintenance men can only fix things that they can. Other things like steps falling apart . Manger can only do what she can property owners need to do more. Apartments are beautiful and need to stay that way .not running down due to lack of caring for your property ."

"This was my first apartment and my first time living on my own. It has a great location with easy access to highway 9 and I-35. The office staff are really nice and have been the same ones the whole time I was there. I had to break my lease early due to getting another job a couple hours away. Never really had any problems with noise. They do bug/insect infestation checks regularly and I have never had an issue with any infestation. I was surprised that I couldn't hear the traffic while in the apartment, just the occasional ambulance or fire truck. It is next to Presidential apartments, which will have the police over there occasionally but I never hear anything or see anything going on. I had a downstairs apartment, it is decent in size and never had any issues with not enough room. The apartment above me had two water leaks while I was there, but met the tenant who reported they had lived there for years and this was a first for them on the water leaks. Maintenance is wonderful, they will come out after hours if you need them too. Very friendly staff. Parking was a little issue, but that's just cause everyone comes home after work about the same time. I parked away by the dumpster if I couldn't find a place close enough and it isn't a far walk even in the freezing cold. One positive is that it is all bills included.. which I believe this is the only apartment complex that does that in Norman. They have a dog park, pool, gym, and laundromat if you dont have a washer and dryer. There are hookups in the apartment. I lucked out and rented during the month they were having a special on free washer and dryer rental so that was great! One downside was that not everyone cleaned up after their dog, really the only problem was over by the mailbox. They did send out a notice that if you are caught not cleaning up after your dog then they would fine you, so they were trying to remedy the situation. Also forgot to mention it has an actual fireplace in the apartment, I covered it up with my TV and TV stand due to me not really having a need to use it, but if you like real fires for heat then you will enjoy that feature.
