"Can't just wait for my lease to expire, this is one of the worst apartments to I have ever stayed in. Maintenance don't show up on time, dirty apartment, no parking spaces like I literally got towed twice in one month cuz of no space to park. Never again!"

"This is my 7th year at the Thread Apartments, and in that time I’ve seen monumental improvements done cosmetically. Yes, it is an older Apartment complex, and the only three drawbacks (For me) are, there is very little visitor parking, no washer dryer hookups in each apartment and the parking is atrocious (especially on the weekends). From what I can personally see, they go above and beyond for their residents, and that’s including the maintenance team who braved the snowstorm a few years back to fix my heating unit. With all that being said My rent has gone up $600 in 13 months There are no ceiling fans, no outlets n the bathroom, no washer dryer hookups, the windows are single pane and from the 1970’s, the patio wood is old and dry rot, people hang their wet clothes on the railing of the entry way to your building. For $1600 you’d be better off leasing a house."

"Update: New: 12/27/23 - I pay 50$ extra a month for a reserved parking spot way on the other side of apts. by Ezperanza rd. My apt is way in the back buildings reserved spot in front of building 11. I stay in 20. So I parked in a visitors spot right and woke up to my car being gone towed it for no reason. Payed 176$ to get it back. Apparently u cant park up here in visitors close to my unit. Wrecking company kept telling me I wasn’t registered also that I didn’t live right there. I was saying I have parking sticker on front windshield. Keep in mind parking here is horrible not enough spots especially in this area past dark. Didn’t know visitors spot 25 feet away from my apt. Isn’t where I live??? This will be the 3rd time they have towed this particular car 1st time had just got car was immaculate condition when got it back back bumper was smashed had holes in it were tow truck failed tryin to grab it. Hydrolic liquid ran down bumper by holes also. Tow company put my car back in spot after failed attempt took a pic of my car like he is supposed to before trying. Said it was like that when he got to it. Pissed!!!! Take ur family and $$$ elsewhere so much theft and crimes goin on here daily. They also will tow your car even if u register for visitor pass o. The website. O yeah, good luck figuring out which one they are using that day. They have 3 different ones. Test your luck. Also they put the wrong street abbreviation they put Norwich St. when it is Norwich Ln. if ya don’t know any better you will be paying for a Lyft wrong address. Trash they need to address the visitor parking skills. ****> new- K they got a new visitors parking site now spartanparkme. Just a few days ago someone hit my car it’s not drivable I have a friends car and can’t even do visitors pass but 3 days outta the week. Now I can’t even do that cuz her paper plates just expired. What do I do???I have reserved spot that is so far I havnt used once for the wrecked car. I’m sure I wouldn’t b allowed to park there dang! Overall …. Uggghhhhh… difficult. What do they do when ppl have a rental car more then 3days,? Tow it guessing. UPDATE : U can’t even change a flat tire here without security take several pics of u & ur car along with being the most rudest and arrogant guy I’ve ever met in my lifetime. He made sure to call his manager to try and get me in more trouble in some way. His boss guy sat behind my car for an hour doin who knows what trying to get me towed I reckon. I guess the little guy couldn’t make the into the police academy so he went for next best thing security driving a almost look alike police car. The ppl in the office have to get there calculator out to add up how much u owe on rent each month may I add u have to go to office each month to do so, so believe me lines r long and everyone and there mommas r there tryin to do the same and they make it to we’re they take no calls at all to the office to ask about rent let alone anything else and it’s not my fault they added amount up wrong and I owe 9$ and this is my last warning. 1st I heard bout anything I owed. Get y’all’s stuff together"

"The office staff are AMAZING! Salma has made the move a breeze for my wife and I. She got back to all of our messages promptly, and was very helpful through the whole process. When I filled out my move in paperwork, she very promptly sent out a work order for us to be taken care of by the end of the week, and everything is going incredibly smooth. The complex itself is definitely a bit older and in need of some cosmetics, but aside from that it’s pretty decent, with an okay amount of parking and well lit pathways. Edit: less than two years later and this place has been turned on it’s head. I don’t know what’s happened, but it’s horrible. The office staff is of course still lovely, but that does nothing to keep the grounds safe or clean."

"This place used to be great, but now we’ve had out car broken into and theft attempted twice and my wife gets harassed when she goes outside alone in the evenings. It’s not safe to live here, and it’s $1500 to break the lease DESPITE IT BEING UNSAFE TO LIVE HERE. And do not get me started on the pests that crop up every time someone moves. Look elsewhere."
