"A day-bed, a desk, and a small TV is all there is to offer in this place. Nothing else included in the price you pay for a bit of rest and quite space. I found it to be sreasonable arrangement for an hourly hotel service within the airport terminal. The space I rented is located at DFW airport, terminal A. It was clean and well served."

"I was excited to try this service for the 1st time and what a let down it was!. Starting with the lady in the front desk and her "I'm tired and I hate my job" attitude. I've worked in customer service 15+ years and I can tell when someone is just not happy and not willing to make an effort to provide customer service, I won't go into details, just going to say don't you dare stay for not even 5 minutes over the time you originally got. Then we have the amenities: I was shock to find out that not even the water is included. I would understand not to include an all you can drink service, but at least limited amount of beverages should be included, and I'm not even going to mention the snacks and the prices....is just too much. You have to pay extra for EVERYTHING and that just doesn't makes it feel like a premium service as advertised. I won't be coming back. I rather walk whatever distance I have to walk and go into one of the many lounges I have access to with my membership."

"Our plane was delayed for 8 hours. Nice to have a quiet, secure place to sack out and shower if we wanted. Every airport should have one."

"Had a delayed flight of nine hours out of Tucson and I ended up missing my connecting flight and spending night in Dallas airport. First, this is super convenient and easy to call and book. Great service and location is excellent. I got in at 2:00 am and this was so close and accommodating. Very quiet. I would definitely use them again. But, the rooms are very small, the couch isn’t very comfortable and the room is very cold (freezing and the temperature can’t be regulated inside the room). So if I used a minute suite again I’d bring super warm sweats and ask for many blankets when you check in. And be prepared for more of a nap than a sleep."
