Ele Dallas Apartments

"Me and my roommate applied for a room in December 2022 but after reading the reviews and doing our research we decided to rent another apartment. The application fee is non-refundable but the deposit is. They owe us the deposit of $150 and they still have not sent me the check. I tried to call multiple times, emails, and the manager told me "Good luck" calling their corporate. This must be illegal for some companies to withhold your money for this long! Unacceptable!"

"The management staff is great, beginning with Tory, she made my decision into move to the Ele easy! While I love the location, I must say that some important items need attention immediately: 1. Pre-move in to-do list should be provided ahead to decrease time spent on move in day. Consider a check list format 2. Consolidate the apps needed - today there are 4 and that’s simply not necessary in this decade of great technology 3. Cabinets in the halls, kitchen and bathrooms are dark, not attractive and cheap looking The amenities are beautiful and the property is very pet friendly too! I’d give this more stars if at the very least the cabinets were updated :-)"

"Hello, this is not an inquiry but yet an expression of concern that should be addressed immediately. I am a friend to a resident who lives here and just so happened to hear a manager speak so negatively about the leasing agent in the office. I don't believe that should be a conversation held with anyone, let alone a resident who knows nothing about what goes on behind closed doors for the team. Her remarks about her work ethic, or thoughts of lack thereof, and I find that to be extremely divisive, completely unprofessional and counterproductive. I feel bad for anyone who has to work with her, if this is how she conducts herself in a business environment. Outside of this, the community is beautiful and the leasing agent Tori is always super helpful and kind when I am there visiting, despite the rude manager."

"Extremely thin floors, which shouldn’t be expected for such an expensive apartment. I can hear everything from the person above me. Elevators are constantly down as well. East side of the building in the morning has extremely loud slamming from the garbage trucks or something. Seems to last around and hour for some reason. Horrible way to start the day. Package system doesn’t really work. There’s very few lockers and there isn’t really a room to store overflow. They randomly send an email with like a 24 hour notice before they return overflow packages to sender. But really they should just have a room to store these."

"Just want to take the time out and give a huge shout out to Tori!!! Tori has been at the Ele since the beginning and has always brought good vibes. She always goes above and beyond, even with helping to locate packages and whenever I've been locked out. Although Skylar leased to me. Tori has always been available when needed. Yes we've had some people who unfortunately experienced car break ins WHEN THEY LEAVE THEIR DOORS UNLOCK or things in their vehicle. I mean come on folks we are still in the city! For the person who mentioned packages overflowing, YOU GUYS NEVER COME GET YOUR ish! I've never had an issue with packages here. Even if the Luxer is down, communication is given and they give us 48hours to pick up. Wifi has only gone out 3x but we know how the world loves to be dramatic when you're entitled and think you pay for the building. All in all love my stay here at the ele. Yes a few tweaks can be given, it's multi family living. NO ONE is ever 100% until they get a house! Keep rocking Out TORI!!!!"
