"It’s cool, I don’t really have any issues other than normal downtown apartment living things (dogs barking, kids running, fire alarms) the staff is always really helpful when I need them. They address issues almost immediately. A lot of the bad reviews are just people who probably need to live in a house and not an apartment I think they think they’re the only ones who live here and expect perfection….that’s just not going to happen when living in an apartment. The staff controls what they can control, some things are just simply out of their control. Lauren is literally the best, whenever I have questions or concerns she shows interest in getting things resolved and doesn’t just brush me off she does whatever she can to make sure residents are happy. LOVE HER"
