The maintenance team is also amazing! They work so hard and are so kind. Brady and Ron just helped me fix my heat in this freezing winter weather and they did an amazing job! They came within 3 days of my maintenance request and I’m thankful for the entire maintenance team."

"Absolutely love living here. The office staff are always so welcoming and ready and willing to answer every question in detail. I love the quick turn around Maintenance has for work orders. But most of all I love the many amenities this place has to offer including the shuttle too school never have to worry how I will get from point a to b. If you haven't done so already come enjoy this amazing living experience!"

"One of the worst places I've ever lived at. Honestly, most of the experience wasn't that bad. Apartment was okay, clubhouse was fine, maintenance could've been a bit faster when something important like the A/C or the washer/dryer unit broke, but nothing terrible. The things that really ruined it were the issues with lease renewals and move-out fees. If you don't have a copy of every single document you've ever given to The Ave, if you don't immediately sign the first renewal offer they give you (which of course will have much higher rent than what you're currently paying), and if you don't leave every single atom in your apartment absolutely spotless when you move out for good, you're totally screwed. Trying to renew my lease was almost impossible even though I signed everything online like I was supposed to, and for a good week I was worried I wasn't going to have a place to live for the next school year just because of the mess The Ave caused. Honestly, I should've just picked another place to live after that, because that wasn't where the problems ended. Despite have written and video proof saying otherwise, The Ave charged me a ton for supposedly not cleaning the walls and my room, even though I did and I have proof saying otherwise. Again, everything else involving my experience with The Ave was fine. Rarely had an issue with the people in the main office, and there were a minimal amount of issues with the unit and property. But all of the other nonsense I had to go through made the whole thing absolutely miserable. Do not live here. Literally anywhere else in the Norman area is better than this place. Wish I could give -5 stars. 1 is way too much for this place."
