"Performance Toyota Bountiful to care of us when we had urgent car troubles on the road. I know they were very busy, but they got us in for the repair. We are grateful their kindness and they had good customer service. A couple negatives were that it took a very long time for the repair, which is understandable with how busy they were. The price was also very expensive. We can't help but wonder if another shop would have been less expensive."

"We had a great experience here, passing through from southeast Idaho, headed further south. Our stories not important but we have been looking for 3 months for a specific car so we already knew what we wanted. A quick search on KSL took us to Bountiful and we were treated great from the very beginning, even though our hope was to spend 1/2 hour checking out what they had. The sales staff were great, front staff were friendly and their financial team was awesome to work with. The following day we stopped by on our way back home, having texted back and forth with Zach and the car was prepped and ready for delivery. "This Dealership is Freaking Crooked!! I don't know how any who works here sleeps at night!! My friend and I went to go look at a used 2021 car. It was our mistake for going to look at it after the sun had already gone down. We went in and talked to Rodney (sales man). He was nice and respectful. But just like any sales man he is there to Make Money. They always say they are there to make the customer happy. This is CLEARLY NOT THE CASE At this place!! Emily Lance is the only person I trust here. Everyone else we worked with, I honestly wish I could rate no stars at all for them and the place as a whole! I would NEVER EVER Recommend this Dealership to anyone for car repairs or car sales! They are FULL of Scams!! And they don't care about their CUSTOMERS AT ALL!!! When buying a car they rush you through the paperwork and they don't give you a chance to think about it, it's no wonder why they have such a nice place with vending machines, a Hot chocolate maker and So MUCH MORE! They have all this to keep you in the dealership and NOT Think about your purchase! This Dealership Strives off of impulse buys, and that is why they have such a nice place! When the paperwork is complete. They KNOW they have SCREWED you over and they Don't Care!!! We were told before doing the paperwork that as we went through the paperwork, the warranties like the paint protection warranty would be talked about as well as other warranties. As we were doing the paperwork, NONE Of the warranties were talked about!! We had to pause of the paperwork and come back to it another day because we were waiting for the loan to be approved. Bountiful Toyota gave us the car the night we started signing paperwork. The next day (Sunday) we looked at the car in the daylight. The paint is in TERRIBLE CONDITION!!! It's a 2021 and the clear coat on the paint is ROUGH, there are Scuff Marks and Swirls in the paint EVERYWHERE!! It's like whoever cleaned the car, cleaned it with a dirty rag! Take your car somewhere else that knows how to details cars With the dealership being closed on Sunday, I took the car to a mechanic on Monday to look the car over. Mechanically the car is great. But that's about it! The mechanic found that there was a 2-3 inch Gash in the tire, and 1/2 an inch of the gash was showing cords! Which I Know is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!! As the mechanic looked further into the car, he found in the passenger side of the front bumper that the trim has been pushed in about 1/2 an inch. It has been pushed in for a while because the trim in now molded 1/2 an inch back. He also found about an inch in the part of the trim where the trim had been pushed back was broken off and missing. There are NUMEROUS rock chips in the paint, windshield and all around the car. Little things, but things that the dealership DIDN'T CARE To take care of before selling. As the mechanic looked in the engine bay he looked down at the engine cradle and saw a part that looks like it may have come from the junkyard because of what looks like junkyard warranty paint. He looked underneath the car and found all sorts of scrapes on the splash shield. They are TOO Bad of scrapes to just constantly be pulling into the driveway. We are pretty sure that the previous owner ran over something, went to fix the car up and then traded it in. The dealership said they looked the car over. But clearly that was a Full Blown Lie! I don't believe a Single word this Dealership says. They are liers and ONLY Want your money!! They don't care about your happiness or peace after buying a car. They missed gash in the tire. And didn't bother to take care of the paint. What else did they miss??? The infotainment system also disconnects from the phone after 10 minutes of starting to drive. Plus there is a bubble in the screen. We took the car back to toyota for the tire placement and they claimed that we must have pinched the tire between a curb to get that gash. Never Once did we park the car by the curb!! They just try to cover things up with lies so they don't have to worry about their mistakes!!"
