"Lazy employees, terrible customer service. None of the techs came out. I went inside and had one tech on the computer looked right at me and still sat there in the office. Only 1 car, wasn't like they were slammed. And you wonder why people don't like going to jiffy unless absolutely necessary."
"Disgusted with the “customer service.” Attempted to ask if I needed to move my vehicle, if they had time for a walk-in emissions, or if I could get an estimated wait time. Before I could get half a question out I was lectured on “we always have time but we serve customers in order.” Obviously. 15 minutes of waiting with no acknowledgment I’m finally told it’ll be 20-40 minutes & can I move my vehicle. Yes, I can because I’m leaving."
"Im not sure what these kids deal is, just went in for emissions ONLY! They tried to do a oil change and spark plugs. Without asking, i found out because the emissions was taking way too long. The hood was open, and theres 4people working in the hood area.. Really disappointed honestly, super unprofessional. Just don't go here."
"Josh and the team were great. Very professional and knowledgeable. Josh explained thoroughly all that he saw with the vehicle and shared his opinion on what should be done. He also showed me exactly what he was talking about. Glad I took my truck in for repairs at this location!"
"Brought in 2 cars for on spot renewal the team there was real quick to get both cars in and back out to me. They offered to put the stickers on for me which may not seem cool but I have those plates with the plastic covers so it’s not as simple as removing the old stickers and adding the new ones, you have to take off the entire plate cover and these guys saved me the hassle and I didn’t even have to ask. I am very pleased with the services I received. Thanks Jiffy Lube!!"
