"I looked at the reviews and compared them with many of the others near me. I decided to call and ask just a few simple questions. Brooke took my call and was very pleasant and professional. She answered my questions and I took my van in for brake pads and rotors. Even as it was Valentine's Day, they were able to have the repairs done by the end of the day. The price was inline with what I expected and the brakes are working great. I'm sure I will be returning to have other repairs made with the utmost confidence. Great job. Thank you."
"Took my car in because the brakes suddenly became very spongy. The mechanic said the brakes are totally fine and nothing to worry about, but when I drove my car home the brakes are still VERY spongy and weak. It was also time for an oil change, they said they could take care of that for me so I said sure. Popped the hood when I got home and found that so much oil was spilled when they changed it that it had pooled in several places. They even spilled oil on the outside of the hood and on the headlight. There were other small issues that were annoying, but my spongy brakes and the sloppy oil change were deal-breakers for me."
