"The Bountiful NAPA has a pretty good selection of parts, but if they don't have the ones your looking for they usually just get it out of the SLC Distribution Center. So you can generally get it the same day or early morning the next worse case scenario. Staff is always very friendly, although the store does get busy so sometimes it's best to go in person rather than holding on the phone. Prices are pretty fair, you get what you paid for. Especially the Echlin parts, they are good quality. I personally only go to this NAPA store, they are super polite and always do good helping me find parts. Can't recommend enough!"
"The guys were great here. I had a potentially massive delay in my trip due to a leak I found on my truck and they were cool enough to let me drop my camper so I could run across the street and have my truck worked on at Point S (also can't recommend them enough). Appreciate the help guys!"
"What a rip-off. $14.30 for 5 3/8 bolts and nuts. I told the manager after I refused to buy them it's to expensive. He could care less. "Sorry that's the price". I went to Lowe's and purchased the same bolts, washers and nuts for $6.25 including tax. Don't shop at Napa if you don't want to get ripped off with an attitude too."
