"Where do I even start with all the wonderful customer service? Mayhaps a list is in order. First of all, Cliff's initial bid was already over a grand below any other collision damage repair shop within five miles of him. Secondly, the work and dedication put into this job was extremely impressive. When I got my car back, no kidding, this is not an exaggeration, it looked better than it ever had the entire time I owned it. It was like getting back a brand new car! and Lastly, the attention to detail and appreciation for the customers needs is really out of sight at this place. Cliff was able to reuse molding, get me over 50% off on a great new hood for the vehicle, and still keep the final cost UNDER the initial bid. My hat is off to this place truly. I'll be recommending it to anyone in need of vehicle damage repair."

"Ok you never had me as a customer but you did some repair on a friend's ford explorer and when we left your shop in that explorer ....five min after we left the drive shaft fell out on the freeway. Al's there was absolutely no water in the vehicle and if t blew a head gasket then tou charged us for the tow back to the shop where my other friend worked on the drive shaft, fixed it and then we could not get it to start because it's had no water when we left earlier that day.hat kind of shop do you run where you don't check the fluids before the customer pick up their vehicle ....... ??? And the first Rd explorer still sits there to this day as far as I know because we live in California that was the whole reason we drove all the way up there ...to pick that ford explorer was a wasted trip that was not cheap and a total loss plus the repairs and hat did no good at all... You made no attempt to compensate for any of it . So you never had me as a customer and then am the one who did the repairs to the drive shaft and fix it.... I am a mechanic and know that you did not treat my friend with the proper customer care ... So you should be happy that he is not suing you .....have a good day"

"They were very helpful and accommodating. Clif was very thorough in checking out my damages. The secretary went the extra mile in trying to find the lowest price for the parts I would need. Very nice, I would definitely recommend them."

"We were in town for only a few days and had some unexpected bumper damage. Clif was great to work with. He got us in and repaired quickly and the cost was completely reasonable. He was honest with us and even wanted us to be aware of a difference of only a couple of dollars between the estimate and actual cost."
