"PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, take your vehicle anywhere but here! I came in on 11/30/2023 to get tires and an oil change. I asked Jose to have them look at my front end especially the passenger side because I kept hearing a clunking sound coming from that side. I know for a fact that they NEVER looked at it because my car was in and out within 30 minutes. Had they of actually looked at the passenger side they would have seen that my tie rod was bad and my accident could have been prevented. But instead my tie rod ended up breaking when I was on legacy and my car slammed into the left jersey barrier at 70mph I was then shot across legacy and slammed into the right wall which then shot me back into the left wall, and I was shot back across to the right wall and after hitting it again I finally came to a stop. I had no control over my car as I was trying to steer my car away from the wall and when I was turning my steering wheel it wasn't doing anything. My crash site was a mile and a half long and it was a high impact car crash and my T11 vertebrae had a compound fracture in it. When my surgeon was doing the surgery to put 2 titanium plates in to raise my vertebrae to the correct height he was barely able to get them in place because the compound fracture was so severe. My surgeon said that I was a millimeter away from needing major back surgery and that I'm still not out of the woods yet, he's now worried that my T10 and T12 vertebrae may have compound fractures in them. I'm now paying $1000 for tires that are on my totaled car, I also declined their tire warranty and was still charged the $112 for it. I just came in to speak to the manager about everything and he was a complete jerk. SO AGAIN PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE BUT HERE. **UPDATE** In response to your comment, it is NOT my fault that Jose didn't put notes that I wanted my front end looked at, I also told Jose 12 TIMES THAT I DID NOT WANT THE TIRE WARRANTY because it's a complete joke to make your customers pay an extra $400 to warranty a product you sell!! And I've tried 3 times to call and get my $400 returned, but just keep getting told that someone will call me back. I purchased the tires in December and it's almost April and I have yet to hear from ANYONE!!!!!! You can start making it right by refunding me the $400 that was stolen from me after I told Jose I didn't want it 12 times in a row!!!!"

"Bought 4 brand new tires 2 years ago from Bountiful Big O when it was owned by Reese Carter. They took excellent care of me! I believe it is owned by the Coleman Group now, and the service and overall experience has gone downhill. After about 1 year one of the tires developed a weird bulging issue, one of the steel belts was letting go inside the tire. Clearly a manufacturing defect. I brought it in to their store, and they would not honor the warranty. When I bought them originally I was told the tires had a 5-year manufacturer warranty, but today they claimed it was only a 3-year warranty through their store, even then, it had only been about 2.5 years so they were still within the warranty period. They also said it might be due to hitting a pothole, but if that were the case, it’s on a trailer so if the front tire hit it, then the back would have hit it too and would have a bulge as well. Not only would they not cover the tire under warranty, but they Recommended I just replace all four tires! ($700+) That’s DOUBLE what I paid the first time. And why would I replace these tires with the same exact tires after I had a manufacturing issue with them and then they wouldn’t honor their warranty? When I brought this up to the gentleman behind the desk, he blamed it on supply and demand prices and inflation. I pointed to him several different websites on my phone with the same exact tire ranging from $76 – $100. I ended up walking out the door with only one new tire that I paid out of pocket. It’s not even about the money, with this hobby you gotta pay to play, I just felt like they were being dishonest with me. They did not make good on their warranty and they did not stand behind their product, and it seems like they just wanted to get more money out of me. I am not satisfied with my experience, and I hope they will make it right. Otherwise, my recommendation is that your time and money would be better spent at a different, more honest tire shop."

"I live north, but it's well worth my drive to Bountiful for work on my car. I've struggled to find tires that work for my needs on this particular SUV and Matt H was awesome at talking thru my concerns and finding a solution. He's my go-to for anything tire-related for my family."

"Big O has always taken good care of me and I like their products. This Big O however, is one of the best around. Matt treats you like he wants you back as a customer, and the whole staff treats you with great customer service. They even broke one of my old rusty lug nuts and it ended up being a expensive ordeal and they didn't charge me any more than the quoted price. I highly recommend Big O."

"This is my second set of Michelin Tires from big o…even bought the warrant through BIG O. I’ve had these on for about 3 months and the passenger rear keeps going flat so I brought it in to get repair. No nails/ rim issues / Or anything major. Now this is my 5th time Coming in. They would say it would be the Valve stem leaking Or just a simple fix and get me back on the road. This is unnecessary for the same tire to keep doing this. It is obviously a defective tire. So today I came in and requested to use my warranty in order To get a new tire since this one is obviously defected. I had to take time off of work even though they are new tires. They said they could only go ahead and fix the problem and have to come back again to talk to the person that sold me the tires. Very unprofessional since I bought them through BIG O they should be able to find me a Resolution, instead of only having one person in charge of the situation. Doesn’t make sense for me to take so much time off work To come in when Elliot is here to get a resolution Just to get What I paid for and that’s the insurance for Defect tires. Very unsatisfied and very unprofessional. My next set and warranty is definitely not going to be from here. All they were able to do for me today was fix the valve stem for the fifth time and I’m pretty sure I will have to be back in a couple day because that didn’t fix the issue the first 4 times…. The service techs also have no respect for the rims, I always leave here with new scratches and dings, I even seen them tapping on the rim with metal tools… after checking every other rim and tire on my car I came to the conclusion that they damaged my original valve stem And replaced it with the rubber valve stems While the other three rims & tires all have metal valve stems. They never notified me. I realized today when I inspected the other tires and rims on my vehicle….. They should be responsible and replace The original original valve that I had in the first place.. Maybe I wouldn’t have this issue and need to come in every week, if they did it right the first time….. I’m very dissatisfied since it is a car I try and keep classic!!!"
