"Kim never bathed our two dogs. She only shaved one side of our Springer, did not cut toe nails on either dog. One dog is a Silky Terrier and I asked for a bath, brush out, hair trim and nails cut. Picked her up and all she had done was put a bow in her hair. Would not recommend her at all. I called her and texted her so she could fix the problem or to give me a refund but she decided to cash my check and ignore all contact with me. I can handle it, but not when my dogs are done wrong, THAT IS WERE IT ENDS!"
