Comfort Inn & Suites North Platte I-80

"This Comfort Inn is in a great location with quick access to I-80. The rooms are very nice and spacious with options for kitchenettes or suites. Service is good, breakfast is as expected for Comfort Inns. Their coffee is better than most of the other locations. I only have two complaints. For some reason my bed was sloped to the side. I turned sideways with my head on the high side and feet at the low end. It wasn't ideal but it worked. The other complaint was listening to staff at 11 pm loudly yacking at the front entrance. I briefly considered dowsing them with ice cold water to motivate them to move. So, my advice to you is get a room away from the front entrance or bring your ear plugs."

"Front desk person was very friendly upon check in. King suite room 203 was clean, roomie, comfortable. Bathroom sink was very slow draining. WiFi was just ok. Parking was challenging as they allowed two semi trucks with trailers on lot over night. Upon checking out the front desk employee on duty really could have cared less if we were even there. Breakfast was nice and so was employee staffing breakfast area."

"We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Clean, convenient, very welcoming of our service dog, nice staff, lots of pillows on the bed, comfortable bed, great darkening curtains. We were a little worried about the highway noise w our room facing the freeway, but one of the curtains completely canceled all of it like a soundproof barrier! Also there is like an abandoned golf course behind the pet area and back parking lot that we used to walk our pup and stretch our legs before getting back on the road. Nice! Wasn’t too impressed w food choices in N Platte but that’s not the hotel’s problem."

"My family stayed here for two separate nights on the way to and from Nebraska City. The hotel is fairly new (I believe it’s approximately 4 years old) and has the standard modern hotel chain look and feel to it. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We liked the large parking lot that had room for oversized vehicles. I would have given 5 stars, but the breakfast wasn’t fantastic and for some reason there were quite a few house flies in the building. I’m not sure why. By the way, the rear facing rooms overlook the South Platte river corridor, which is peaceful."

"This location is wonderful! Right off the freeway, easy to get to. We brought our dogs and there is plenty of green space for them to sniff. While there were a lot of “presents” left by other dogs, I fully blame the owners for not cleaning up after them, not the hotel itself. The rooms were clean, smelled good, and were really nice! We were happy to pay a little more in dog fees to be able to have them with us in such a great space. And the service we received was amazing! Rhonda at the front desk was kind, helpful, and made sure we had a great experience. Thank you Comfort Inn!!!"
