"Rooms could definitely be cleaner. They’re a bit outdated. Bedding was clean. Room had a fridge and microwave. There was only one bedside table, so I improvised and moved the desk chair over. Everyone there was friendly."

"The outside looks of the hotel made me dubious about staying there. But...inside you can tell they are making improvements and working hard at bettering their investment. The rooms are clean and they serve a nice typical hotel hot breakfast. Was pleasantly surprised."

"My husband and I made a reservation to stay here during a snow storm when I 80 was being closed. Check in went smoothly and the staff were friendly. When we got to our room it was absolutely filthy. The smoke detector was beeping and the person who came to fix it just took the smoke detector out and said he would fix it sometime later and never brought it back. The refrigerator was moldy inside and the iron was cracked. Dead bugs in the bathroom and all over the room. It was packed because of the storm so we just slept on top of the covers because there was no place else to go. Would not recommend."

"For a low star room it was ok, no bugs in room. But could be a little cleaner, the shower was dirty, still soap in it from last person who stayed. Under bed was dirty but for the price it wasn’t bad. No water in ice machine. Breakfast was alright. They could do some upgrades and clean better but it was a place to stay when you drive 4 hours away to see family."

"Good customer service and assistance. Landscape and room/bathroom cleanliness can be improved. However, Cal went above and beyond to help me. I drove 10 hours home, and realized I left my laptop in my room. He found it and set it aside in the office for a friend to retrieve. That folks, could have turned out far differently. Kudos to Cal, a straight up guy!"
