"My boyfriend and I stayed here and it is a good value for the price and provided amenities. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we both noted how quiet the location was. Misses include that while there is a kitchenette (full fridge, microwave, toaster), the hotel does not provide any dishes or utensils, which renders the kitchen space somewhat useless. It is a bit outside of the actual town of North Platte as well, but not a long drive. We would stay here again."

"Do not stay here. I stayed from August 5-6 and was charged at check in after I booked online and paid in full. I realized the issue, and disputed the charge with the credit card company. They were unable to get the money back, and now I ended up paying about $260 dollars for a single night. On top of all of this, the room was not clean when I arrived. The floors had clearly not been swept and the sheets weren’t made. If you choose to stay here, know that the 80-100 dollar price is NOT what you will end up paying and it’s a 50/50 whether your room will be clean."

"The rooms are extremely basic, which is fine because we were only staying the night. But I feel it would not be comfortable for a longer stay. The room was clean, but the fridge, ice tray and coffee pot were not. They are pet friendly, that was a plus. Our biggest complaint would be that the staff was rude and extremely unhelpful. So rude in fact, that it actually surprised us. We needed help with a vending machine and just got told that it was working earlier. Nothing else. Any questions we had were met with short, rude answers. The floors and walls are very thin so not only do you have to be very quiet, you can hear the next room too. We were tired and ready to stop for the night and they allowed our dogs. But for the price of the room and what we got, we should have went elsewhere."

"1st off I did not realize there was a deposit almost the same amount of which I was paying for the room. I never would have even booked if there was obvious say of such a deposit I wouldn't get back until after I was back home because that was literally my gas & food money. The room I didn't realize was barely big enough to walk between the bed & wall for a 2 full size beds. There was no toilet paper in the room & after calling the lady asked if we'd like some brought, obviously we want some damn toilet paper if we have to call about it. They were friendly but I will never be staying or recommending there again."

"I write this as a hotel owner. My wife and I stayed there on March 17, 2023. The rooms are accommodating however my experience with the room and the staff was less that pleasurable. The bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke and the air vent did not work. There was also dried pee in front of the toilet that my wife kindly cleaned up. I brought this to the attention of the desk clerk and she said that she was sorry. She did not offer to move us to another room. In addition, this motel is pet friendly and the dog in the next room finally stopped barking around 11:00 pm. Also, the shower stall was slippery and ladies, if you plan on washing your hair, you best bring a hair dryer with you. The reviews that I have read about this motel are mostly positive. As a hotel owner I would have moved the customers to a different room and in some cases, I would have given a full refund. In the reviews that were less than positive, the responding party stated they were sorry and they strive to ensure they take these issues seriously. I expect that will be the same response to this review. I will not be staying there again."
