Best Western Plus North Platte Inn & Suites

"Came off of the interstate due to a blizzard and was fortunate enough to get a room. Rates were good and the pool stayed open 24/7. Upon unpacking, my nephew and his friend head to the elevator where they got stuck for 45 minutes between floors. My nephew is claustrophobic and had a tough time. The hotel didn't offer any apology or discount on the room for the inconvenience and embarrassment. After asking for a slight discount, there was no sympathy whatsoever and the manager stated that their elevator does this all of the time. The fire fighters said the same thing. Message to the manager; "You should really get that elevator looked at as an entire group of hotel guests were inconvenienced by your elevator being out of service all night and through the next day. Taking care of your customers when they're inconvenienced goes a long way". We won't recommend this place nor will we stay again."

"We were in North Platte for a funeral and stayed at this Best Western Plus. It was a very comfortable hotel and the handicap room was most convenient. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We took advantage of the wonderful breakfast...which had a complete variety of items. There was something for everyone and the food was good. We would recommend this hotel."

"Check your n was great. Cad checked us in and was extremely friendly. Rooms comfortable. Standard room is one king and one queen. Pet friendly. Breakfast was perfect and prepared well by the young hostess. We have now stayed here twice over two years. For a travelers hotel we could not ask for any better accommodation or price. Pool and hot tub but hot tub OOO. Would repeat."

"We stayed here for 1 night and I'm glad it wasn't longer. When we checked in we were told we got an 'UPGRADED' room! Ha! it was a double queen room where one bed had been switched out for a king. The room was crowded to say the least. ICE MACHINES: The size of this place would seem reasonable to have an ice machine on each floor, but there is not. Plan to travel around the hotel if you don't get lucky enough to get on the right floor. Overall the place seemed to be kept up. The staff were friendly. The rooms and perspective of "upgrade' need updates."

"The staff was competent and friendly. The TV was big and the shower was good. The entire property was exceptionally clean, which is becoming quit rare at other locations. I had plans to meet family for breakfast so didn't eat in the hotel but it smelled amazing and the coffee was great."
