"Kind of ridiculous. Have an expectation of getting their rent without having to do anything for their people. Unreal to believe that I spend 2 or 3 days a month at my apartment and cant get someone to get me a spare key safely after having them stolen, and to top it off IF want a spare key I would have to pay someone in maintanence to take 20 minutes out of their day to hand a resident their key. Goes to show intentions of the people you rent from. Well done Blue Ridge. Wanna get paid but have no respect for those who hand you your check."
"Lived here for 2 years from I think 2020-2022 and I thought it was a great little apartment! Maintenace was always helpful and fast. I felt safe and I really enjoyed the area."
"Horrible place to live . It’s so nasty . Bugs all around . Seen mouse too. Counter tops so poor built they are coming out . They are so cheap. Dish washers doesn’t work properly. Shower water comes and goes. You share the laundry area always nasty they don’t clean good."
"I don’t like this place. Trash can so far away. The laundry room is always dirty and machines not working well. Don’t leave here."
"The apartment is very bare bones for the amount that you pay. The “amenities” are off-site at a place where parking is not always available (so you’re paying for amenities that you don’t have access to regularly). They do have free parking, but my BFs car was broken into and the dumpster was a favorite for dumpster-divers. (The dumpster is where you have to dump your trash, which is about 150 feet away from the building) I stayed in the building for 3 years, because I really liked the management at first, but as far as the building, as much as I liked the location, the appliances are not full-sized, there is no common area, and the laundry is only serviced/cleaned when it breaks. The building was newer and during the course of my 3 years there the building settled and a 9 foot long crack developed in the wall. This crack is also due to the fact that the train passes by the building at least once a week. It completely shakes the building. Additionally, when a large semi truck passes, the building shakes as well. I decided to move out, not because I “hated” the apartment...it was livable, but the reason for this review was the surprise that I got when I moved out. I was an exemplary tenant, I paid rent on time, I kept my apartment clean, I was always a good neighbor. To my surprise, when I moved out, I thought I would receive my full security deposit back, or most of it. But unfortunately, Bluestone 9ines, charged me for paint, painting, light bulbs, and dry wall repair. What I thought was normal wear and tear, I got charged for. I post this review so that buyers can beware."
