"The window in our room (105) was wide open. This was a huge security concern and when I brought it up to front desk she said "I will tell housekeeping not to do that" and didn't seem to care. I was able to shut it and secure it myself, but again, not impressed with lack of concern or that it was open in the first place. On Saturday we went to the breakfast area around 9 and it was completely ravaged. Most items were empty, including plates and utencils. Had to ask those to be refilled and the worker seemed to deliberately go as slow as possible while 5-6 people waited. The waffle batter, pastries, boiled eggs, all were empty. There was some scrambled eggs and yogurt with almost an hour of service left. We didn't even bother on Sunday and went to a restaurant. It was terrible honestly. I would not be surprised if you get some seriously bad reviews because of this."

"Where do I even start! Check in was great, we got into our room fairly quick and it was clean for the most part. The pool area should not be open it seriously needs attention/repairs, it’s definitely run down these pictures don’t do justice. Not to mention customer service in the evening was awful, there was an employee with rainbow hair that was giving me trouble for whatever reason, maybe she was having a bad day and taking it out on us but never had we ever had to deal with this type of customer service in the many hotels we’ve stayed in, in many states! We still can’t believe as we never had any issues unlike we had this evening, almost to the point it turned into an altercation. This will be the last time my family and I will ever stay here!!! Do not recommend!!"

"We highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Omaha. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern in decor and amenities. In our room, the shower was kind of difficult to turn on but that is it. The shower itself was tall and good water pressure. Towels were nice and large and the bed super comfortable. The coffee machine in the lobby was wonderful! It made espresso, lattes, and coffee. All custom ground and brewed. Breakfast had many options and the juices were delicious. (I've been in hotels where the juice would be more on the watery side) The location is near a lot of restaurants, fast food, shopping and right off the hwy and interstate. This being said, we did not hear street noise except for an emergency vehicle once. We did not use the pool since it was more kid friendly and had quite a few people in it. (We did not travel with children)."

"We had a great stay! The check-in process was super smooth and easy, the room was very clean and neat, and the pool was fun (although hot tub could be more warm). Pool area was a little crowded with kids and hot tub had kids in it that were too young. The K-Cup coffee machines are a wonderful touch in the already great rooms."

"The shallow water of the one end of the pool is nice for small children. Starts ar 8 inches. But because it is a large hotel, it gets crowded fast. Pool could have been cleaner. Hot tub was nice. Rooms were nice too. Modern updates were good. Nice to have a large fridge and microwave in room. Breakfast was adequate for our needs. I liked that they had multiple waffle irons. Staff was kind and welcoming. Definitely an older hotel in general but they do a pretty good job keeping it clean and not feeling super old with updates. Would stay again, just wish the pool was a bit better."
