"Moved in on Jan 2, 2024 from a deplorable place to this breath of fresh air. This place is a brand new complex and has a stunning array of amenities. I appreciate that it is a non-smoking property as well. Near everything downtown and you're able to walk everywhere you need to. To the tour, staff, applying, and moving in went without a hitch. Special shout out to Morgan and Connor on making this a pleasure to be a tenant at this great place."
"***Loved it until I moved out and they withdrew a full months rent instead of 4 days. Still waiting for the refund and keep getting the runaround on the status from management. Nobody with authority is taking accountability for getting issue resolved.*** This place has got it all! You won't find a place with a better location, top of the line facilities and incredible staff. I might be sacrificing some square footage but the location and quality can NOT be beat. I just walk outside and my backyard is one of the best parks anywhere. My living room is the Old Market and I'm steps away from a Heartland Bike Share station and an ORBT stop. I'm not sure why I still have my car. It just collects dust in the garage. After downtown events, most people will still be stuck in traffic while I'll be sippin wine poolside. What a bunch of suckas!"
"We have been at the Brickline for 5 months and really like it. The amenities such as the fitness center, common area, private work spaces and outside courtyard are very nice. We hosted a dinner for 12 using the private dining room and everyone was very impressed with the facility and experience. The staff are all super friendly and greet us every time we see them and love to share treats with our pup. Thank you to Kylee and her team for the quick turnaround for any support needed and always being super friendly and responsive to us. The monthly social events are always well done and a great opportunity to meet other residents and staff. The location is fantastic giving easy walking access to all of Old Market and all areas downtown. Being across the street from Gene Leahy Mall and the new Heartland of America park give great places to walk and enjoy the outdoors. There are still some growing pains associated with a new place that are to be expected such as fire alarms as they bring other sections of the building online. Overall Brickline is a really nice apartment complex due to a great staff, awesome location and a very nice and modern building with great amenities."
"I have loved living at the Brickline at the Mercantile, I have nothing but positive things to say about the building and all the exceptional staff. Between the amenities, the space itself, and community events hosted by Brickline staff there is truly something for everyone of any age at this residence. Back to the staff that has made living here so special. They truly have built an inviting environment where residents feel comfortable and content. One experience I can speak on personally is our lovely maintenance personnel, Kylee is always quick to answer maintenance requests. She is not only efficient with her time management skills but as well wants to share her knowledge and explain how to fix things. This is especially valuable as a young adult who doesn't always know how to fix minor issues around the complex. She very professional, friendly, and makes an impact on those in her surrounding community."
"Edit: Nothing has changed and now there’s nothing quite like being woken up at 7am with a lift on the side of the building on the so called “completed phase”. If you want to keep your sanity stay far away until there is no construction on site.. and even then it’s probably still not worth what they charge. I could understand paying $2500 per month if the building was completely finished and no construction was happening but the facts are even in Phase 2 which is supposed to be complete, there is still working being done in our part of the building. For example at 8:45 this morning a buzz saw was being used down the hall and there were workers right outside my door doing things to the walls. The noise levels are high, the fire alarms go off way more often than they should. The parking garage has zero security and we still can't even access the building from the 2nd floor even though we were told it would be accessible weeks ago. The noise from apartments above is way louder than it should be for the price they are charging. Clearly there were some corners cut to save cost when building because if anyone walks you hear it all. I have lived in buildings before in downtown areas where you can't hear anyone above you or around you and that is not the case here. Inside the unit is very nice but aside from that these aren't worth the price they are charging. If I could do it all over again, I would live somewhere else and save the money I am paying for "luxury living"."
