"The young black girl at the desk at 4:13 on Sunday tried to trow me out of the hotel I was checked Into. She has a particularly rude because I didn't see the elevator due to my disability. A nasty attitude towrd white people for sure"
"This was the worst stay I've ever had! Service was horrible! Was told I couldn't upgrade on night one, said none were available! Even though atleast 5 online stating available. The room I was in was not the room on my app I was to be in. Night two, I couldn't even get a complimentary cup of milk. I had to Doordash a cup of milk just for a bowl of cereal. All lights shut off at night, including front desk lights, which made it very uncomfortable coming in and out. Especially when the night security guard ran up on me coming in the doors even though I used my key to get in. Overnight staff just sits on the couch I'm the dark all night talking to security. Literally a HORRIBLE stay from beginning to end!"
"We had a late check-in and upon arrival, the lobby appeared closed. The lights in the lobby were dim. However, a nice young lady was indeed working. She explained the lights are dimmed to deter transients from entering the lobby. Apparently, the lobby couches are comfortable for sleeping. Our room was nice and as requested. The hotel was less than 2 miles to our planned event. Very convenient. When we returned later in the evening, the lights were once again dim. So, not just an odd occurrence. The hotel sits by itself, near I-480. I would think as a female working the front desk, I would be frightened as well."
"I asked for the manager to email me, but he/she never did. Aside from not having hot water in the shower on two separate days, I was absolutely furious when they completely locked the front doors one night leaving me out in the cold with no way to get in. There is a front door that leads to a foyer, where there is a second door with the key-card reader. They locked that first front door, so that I could not even get to the keycard reader. I was out in the fold pounding and pounding on the class, calling the front desk to no avail! Finally, I walked all around the hotel and found another door in the back with a keycard reader. What if that had been my wife and children, or my mother, or someone elderly? Absolutely unacceptable! I cannot believe they did that. I have never had a hotel do that. There is no excuse."
"Locked out of my room and received no assistance!!! Can’t make this up, I literally don’t know where to begin. I first get to my room and noted that the door had some marks where it was evident that someone had attempted to break into the room. I should have acted immediately, but hindsight is 20/20. Fast forward to my 2nd night I return from a work dinner and the door guard (metal lock at top) has self engaged. I was locked out, with my medication in the room!!! The hotel staff tried to open the door and told me THIS IS NOT first time it’s happened to this room! But they couldn’t get it open. The general manager Raymond never answered the phone calls from his employees and they gave up with no concern for the fact I couldn’t access my medication. I ended up having to call a lock Smith myself 6 hours after getting locked out, it was 2:15am. Then the hotel refused to pay the locksmith. I’m appalled.. don’t stay here. Take your chances at a super 8… horrible customer service. And clearly the facilities are lacking and unsafe. If someone had a medical emergency, or if I had with no access to my medication, they would not receive the care they need in time. If I could give 0 stars I would. It’s frankly dangerous to stay here."
