"Where do I start? Checked in around 5pm, found out the pool was still closed after they’d told me it would be open by yesterday. Got my first floor room and the first thing I find is a partially smoked cigar in my drawer with a few dimes . Hornets nest on the window! Got a new room on a higher floor, which was better. Exercise room is open but it’s in the pool area which is closed. So no access there. Hotel is quiet but not worth it. here’s my ratings: Front desk service 2/10 (barely anyone there) Room cleanliness 3/10 (read up for explanation) Easy access to hotel 1/10 (will edit once construction is finish) Hotel location 4/10 (not a very safe place) Amenities 0/10 (everything was closed. Laundry, pool, ice, gym) Breakfast 7/10 (very limited but good when you need it) Beds and pillows 7/10 (bed was comfy but pillows way too lumpy) In the end, just don’t come here. Save the money and go to the holiday inn down the road. If you’re looking for a place to sleep for the night, this place would be perfect. Don’t come here long term."

"Main reason we booked here was the pool only to get here and the pool was closed. There was no hot water for a shower in the morning. The television had static across all cable channels. Bedding was pretty thin. Not a great stay as due to construction also not easily accessible."

"The room had several issues: the water didn’t work properly, the bathroom had peeling wallpaper, mold, and a big water stain on the ceiling. The gym equipment was terrible, almost every machine was out of order or not functioning, heating/AC in the room was ineffective. The state of the room and the condition of facilities significantly affected our stay. I hope the hotel addresses these problems for future guests. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this hotel at all. Stay away"

"The girl at the front desk that worked the entire time we were there was exceptional but every other aspect of the stay was horrible. The laundry room was closed, restaurant and bar were closed, they informed us the pool was closing and to leave at 945pm and the sign said 10pm. The breakfast was bread, eggs, milk, and sausage. The eggs and sausage looked to be extremely old. We ended up spending $40 to have breakfast delivered to us from somewhere else. I was not happy with our stay to say the least. Please provide an email for after experience review."

"One of the worst hotels I have ever seen. Check-in process was painfully slow, the people behind the front desk did not know how to use computers or hurry. Beds were comfortable, but phone in room didn't connect to the front desk, microwave and coffee pot could not be plugged in, and some mornings we had no hot water. The continental breakfast was non-existent 3 days in a row. One morning they had a package of bagels, a cantaloupe, and cereal. The hotel bar looked nice, wish it would have been open. TVs in the lobby were playing inappropriate horror movies that gave the kids nightmares. The day we checked out, one nice employee (Tanisha I think) gave us sincere apologies. The rest of the staff was indifferent every time we went to the front counter with a complaint. I believe we were severely over charged for hockey tournament price when the prices online were significantly cheaper."
