"This building was the old federal building. We were there for a volleyball tournament so we had dinner delivered to the hotel for all if us. Traci who was running the hotel was awesome! We had to ask for some extra plates and silverware among other questions which were accommodated with enthusiasm and great energy! Traci also showed us around the historical building and gave us a brief history lesson about it. Overall we appreciated Traci so much for making our stay amazing! All the parents raved about her service! Rooms appeared to be going through some updating bit were still very clean and nicely sized. No pool or connected parking garage because of The historical building designation, but that's OK it's still an amazing building!"

"Booked this hotel very last minute as a place to crash. Room #714 was disgusting. It had an overwhelmingly musty smell, like it was above a pool or a locker room. Very visible black mold in the shower, under the nasty caulk. Paint was peeling off the bathroom ceiling. Filth on the floors, especially in the corners around kitchenette; there was even a faint, discolored (ahem bloody) hand print on the bathroom trim. This room is not being properly cleaned and serves a health hazard with poor ventilation issues. We complained to the front desk who said they would let management know. The breakfast had nice options and the scrambled eggs were actually really good."

"Had an absolutely wonderful stay at this downtown location. The staff was incredible and I thought they were very accommodating, friendly and always seemed to be informed about the surrounding area and various events going on. I stayed here for over a month and I'm very happy with choosing this location. The lady that serviced my room was also amazing and I really like that she paid such detail with servicing my room and always very respectful of my personal items. I really liked their outside sitting area in the back with the grill, fireplace and beautiful view. Even though it is in the middle of downtown Omaha, when you are sitting in the back area it is very tranquil and peaceful."

"So I have so much and I stay in many hotels. I know the Marriott is suppose to have some kind of standards but this hotel isn’t the place to stay especially for the price. The guy at the front desk who checked us in was RUDE and when we asked a question later he didn’t seem like he wanted to be bothered. He barely answered and look at us like we were stupid. The parking is absolutely horrible since it’s across the street and not even connected to the building. The hall way to the room smells awful like mold which sent me into an allergy attack. The room is so outdated. The pull out beds are very unstable. Then going into the bathroom is even worse. The tub has hair all over it and doesn’t look like they really washed it down. I had to grab my own wipes to clean the bathroom myself. We were too tired after driving 12 hours to tell the front desk. Also the cockroaches we found are even more disgusting and disturbing in the kitchen. Also can’t forget that I used the towels and immediately broke into a rash all over. This is not the place to stay! The only redeeming quality of this hotel was their potatoes for breakfast. The other thing was close to down town but that’s about it. Very Disgusted"

"Location is phenomenal, service is HORRENDOUS. Female front staff was very kind and helpful. The one young guy working the front desk has a major attitude problem, that needs immediate adjustment. List of issues from the junior guy: - Here’s a lesson in Hospitality 101: you deliver fresh towels to the customer, not have the customer come to you. - When I asked why my room wasn’t serviced for the week, he explained I opted out, and I know for a fact I didn’t. When I asked the hotel maid about it, she said she was scheduled to come to my room. Turns out, the guy lied. - When I asked to speak to the manager to express my concerns, I was told they were not available. This happened on numerous occasions. In summary, I do not recommend based on this one individual alone."
