"I have lived here 6 months, my experience has been great. Maintenance is excellent, I had one issue which was addressed to my satisfaction. Tasha the manager is wonderful, even helped me move my new dresser to my apartment. The community is respectful of others which makes living here easy. I have a studio which is plenty of room, with a great view. I am enjoying the area and the wonderful amenities."
"I have been living here for 3 months. So far, it is a very safe place; you need your key fob even for the elevator (good for safety). The complex is always clean and smells nice, but sometimes I cannot study in the common area because of the trash smell (rarely happens). I can hear my neighbors’ noise sometimes when I sleep/study. Kind of expensive compared to others places, especially the parking price. Overall, great place and the management is professional. Update: have been living here for 2 years. Carpet always smells awful. pet waste is everywhere, and they don’t take serious actions against residents violating the rules. Coffee machine is out of order for more than 4 months. Trash room is always dirty and smells horrible. AC is always hot and not working properly in my room. The maintenance guy said there’s nothing wrong with it. So I had to sleep in the living room until I bought my own fan. Free wifi is only in the 2nd floor. They increased my apartment price to 1232$ for one bed only not including: 1) 50$ outdoor parking 2) ~75$ trash, sewer, monthly utility, recycle, smart home, liability coverage, and market rent charges 3) $ Water bill 4) $ Electricity bill 5) $ Internet bill I have lived in 3 different places before, and they never charged for trash, sewer, monthly utility, recycle, smart home, and market rent charges TOO EXPENSIVE…"
"Very safe and clean and quite. Good social areas and noble localization. Saddly outside parking are sporadically used by visitors then you have to call the tow service and pay for public parking while allien is towed. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings"
"I lived here for 1 year and it was the worst experience I have ever had in terms of apartment living. 1415 towed my car from my own assigned parking spot in their lot for not having the tag on the rear view mirror, when it was clearly displayed and the tow company did not know why they had called as they also saw the tag. Management did not compensate for the price of getting my car out of the tow lot nor the large inconvenience it cost. Our unit had a constant smell of rotten eggs that was never taken care of, properly. The maintenance man would continue to pour drain cleaner down the drain however nothing was fixed until I demanded a professional to come to the unit. The pipes had rotted and needed to be replaced. Finally, there were several occasions of people sleeping in the entry way and in the garage, this made for an uneasy living situation. Overall, the cost of living at 1415 is beyond expensive for the lack of amenities, poor communication from management and a disregard for their tenants. I would never recommend living at 1415 as Midtown and Aksarben are comparable in price and my experience in these locations has been nothing but positive!"
"I lived here for a year and really not worth the money. Much happier at midtown. My key fob only worked on 1 of the 3 doors to get into the building which was a pain. The aesthetics of my apartment were great but very cheaply built. We had wiring issues the whole time which caused our lights to short out every few weeks. (On top of that they charged almost $10 per bulb to replace them when I moved out on top of keeping my deposit) got docked an outrages amount for leaving “trash” in the apartment and it was literally a brand new bag of blue buffalo that I forgot to grab and had already dropped my key off when I remembered. I tried to get ahold of Ashley (the manager) for a solid 7-10 days after I received my final bill and no response. Kept the deposit and charged me an additional $300. The amenities are lacking for the cost. Even their “free Starbucks” machine was down as much as a McDonald’s ice cream machine. Neighbors were pretty awesome I must admit but still doesn’t justify the price. The location was great, right next to the slowdown (the best venue in Omaha) and some great restaurants. Overall I’ve lived in much friendlier and nicer complexes downtown for a much more fair price. I’d recommend checking out Breaker’s downtown if you’re looking for some great amenities (rooftop pool)."
