"I was contacted by Meghan via Indeed about a position that was available in maintenance for the Kearney, NE location. She said she thought I could be a good fit. I confirmed my interest and have not received a call or contact in over a week. I even messaged, asking if the position had been filled, but still haven't heard back. If a company rep contacts someone gauging their interest, they could at least make some attempt to keep in contact, after I responded. Would not recommend this company after this experience."

"My step son and wife rent from these awful people, terrible management, ac compressor is bad but running, they tell them every home in Texas is hot during summer. WOW. $400 electric bill, $300 plus for purchase of portable air conditioner, several complaints, housing authority stated multiple cases under investigation. One inspector came by and pointed out everything else wrong and didn’t look at the fact it was 80 degrees in apartment by noon thirty.. a shame. On top of all this they have a 2 and 7 year old grand babies, I would never subject anyone to rent from this company at any of there locations. I think of Florida apartments collapsed and this reminds me of the same Slum Lord attitude. Looks can be very deceiving"
