Hilton Garden Inn Lincoln Downtown/Haymarket 801 R Street, Lincoln, NE 68508

"Conveniently located off the interstate and with plenty of food options around the hotel. Rooms are quiet and clean but in dire need of updating, full of cracks and stains. The quality of this hotel doesn’t seem to match the price nor the quality expected at a Garden Inn. Restaurant/bar is nothing special, standard breakfast and dinner. Charles was great, running the bar and dealing with the restaurant service all alone. All the stars are thanks to him! Front desk, while friendly, are not the most helpful. Haven’t seen a person for valet even once during my stay, glad I opted to self park."

"This place is a mess spend your money somewhere else. The staff is rude. The restaurant and bar were supposed to be open at 5 and never was. Not only was my room $160 parking was $20 and there's a random fee of $35 on my card. And the walls are paper thin"

"I was able to spend one night in January and it was a little cold in Lincoln. Overall the hotel was not that exciting. The front desk was not very friendly and was kind of a turn off. The parking was $19 a day which seemed a little high and then after you park you have to walk through a different hotel to get to your room. Kind of a pain. If you have an Uber I say this would be a good place to stay. Rooms were noise and cramped I don’t know if I will stay here again if I have to go back to Lincoln."

"Showers do not need special training to operate. MANY restaurants within walking distance. We visited in the winter with snow, and having the car by the hotel with a walkway was great. Has a whirlpool/hot tub!!"

"I had an amazing time! There was one night (Friday Jan 12th) where one man was working the bar and serving area solo and he was amazing! Still super attentive and so nice! :) overall amazing stay, great pool, awesome hot tub, and friendly staff. There was another point in time my key card stopped working and I called the front desk, they immediately said they would meet me in 2 minutes at my room door (on the 3rd floor!) with a new key. He did exactly that within exactly 2 minutes. He was amazing!"
