"1st of all website did not say pool was outdoors but it actually permanently closed. No hot tub, t.v. in our room didn't work and no maintenance man til Monday. Outlet in our room was hanging out of the wall. Very rude lady at front desk. She didn't want to be bothered. She was busy on her phone talking to her friend. Not knowledgeable about the area. There was a Country inn and suites 3 miles away with a pool and hot tub but couldn't switch our reservation."

"Stayed here during severe record setting cold winter weather: snow/ice, blizzard conditions, high winds and low visibility to boot. Stacy and Raquel were awesome hostesses ! They both had to drive to work in horrible conditions (like described above) but both smiled, were friendly and helpful, and did everything with joy and happiness! I hope Choice Hotels rewards these 2 ladies. They are wonderful employees! Thank you for making my stay comfortable!"

"Called hotel to cancel reservation 2 days before trip due to parents contracting COVID. Barely past refund timeframe and still wouldn't work with me. Reservation was for 3 nights. They could have even refunded 2 of the 3. Parents never checked in, I'm sure they turned around and made more money on the room giving it to someone else. No reason they could not have worked with me in some way. Booking agent even contacted them. Not my first rodeo so I'm well aware they could have."

"Room had no towels or soap. Pet friendly room smelled of urine. Advertised full breakfast was biscuits and gravy, the rest was a continental breakfast. I've had better at this very hotel. Disappointed"

"Stopped here for a night driving from Ohio to Utah. The beds were comfortable and all linens were clean. The only issue with the rooms was that the shower temperature would fluctuate dramatically. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was better than most for the price. All in all a good value"
