"This hotel could use some updating. However, it is still a pretty decent place to stay. The personnel are very friendly. Note: This hotel is pet friendly. However, there is apparently an undisclosed $50 per night pet fee. Also, the convenience store by the front desk has a nice assortment of candy bars, drinks, etc, that can be charged to your room. Keep in mind that items like candy bars and packages of M&M's will end up costing you around $5 a piece. Also, triple check your your credit card account for any additional and unauthorized charges over the next several days after your stay. One of the reasons we booked this location was for the pool and hot tub. Our granddaughter would be visiting, and we had hoped it would be something for her to enjoy with us. The pool at this location is pretty nice, though the water seemed quite cold. It didn't appear to be super clean, and the water had a green tint for some reason. Unfortunately, the hot tub signs are still up, but unfortunately, it no longer exists."

"Horrible stay found nasty trash under our beds pacifier under the chair. Stayed for three days had to get own towels never got our rooms cleaned we had to get clean sheets our self. Breakfast was a joke u pay 4$ for 2 types of pork sausage fake eggs and frozen potatoes. Pool was green definitely not clean found chucks of hair floating. Staff and management was totally not friendly if we could have left and not got charged and just went to a different hotel we would have definitely not the price we were quoted had to get our prices fixed also. Not worth microtel was way better."

"Beds are comfortable but.... Don't expect to get any maid service throughout your stay. We were booked for 5 nights, we had to ask for clean towels 3 days into our stay and take out our own garbage. One of the 3 rooms booked had dirty, stained sheets upon check in. When housekeeping was asked to take care of it we were told "your room isn't scheduled for services today." And the sheets were never changed. Evident the windows and mirrors don't get cleaned. Loud, obnoxious childern running up and down the halls all night long. Still confused on breakfast service. Sign on the door said $6.99 per person. The people who checked in before us were told it was free, but we were told there was a charge for it. Trash cans on the outside of the building were over flowing for several days of our stay. If you are a clean freak, you might want to steer clear of this hotel. If you are looking for a quiet place on a weekend, steer clear. If you are looking for friendly staff, meh."

"Not the best experience. This hotel definitely needs some maintenance and upgrades. Concerned about room door. Drawer handle coming off. (Husband fixed) TV was very small. This also doesn't have breakfast (which I knew) But the worst was the Bathroom, it was awful. 1. Exhaust fan did not work. 2. Shower head really gross. 3. Shower tub did not drain. For being on the reward members floor, I would have expected better. The search continues for a decent hotel in Lincoln when we visit our parents, since they have downsized to a retirement community."
