SureStay By Best Western Lincoln

"Where to start let's see the door did not lock. There was black mold in the bathroom and there was stuff poured down the Walls in the stalls of the bathroom and in the walls in the main room area and I'm talking at standing level. The only thing that was plugged in when I got into the room was a TV on the wall which was already turned on the lights and everything were already off. I move the dresser to get to a plug to plug in the lights and stuff in the room and there was cockroaches. The phone in the room was plugged in but it did not work. I opened the drawer so that I can put my wallet inside the drawer. And there was remnants of drugs I'm talking marijuana and a white powdery substances. They asked for a deposit once I got there even tho it was fully paid for by my employer an the payment was on file. I didn't give it to them went to let my company know an the guy at the front desk changed his mind. I am not a smoker an the guy was adimnt no smoking in the room even after I told him 4 times I am not a smoker. The room did have a very heavy smoke smell in the room. I told my employer about this so they would not use this hotel again."

"Super sketchy was very consistent on paying with cash. Tons of rooms being used and only 2 vehicles in parking lots. Towels were yellow along with the bed sheets. Blood in the bathroom floor. And toilet paper shoved in the peep hole. Do not believe the good reviews no way they are real."

"Believe the disgusting comments don’t believe the fake ones. My “king suit” was gross the heater didn’t work, poor water pressure, both remotes were missing. When I asked for a tv remote, I was given the option of other room. That room was even worst, walls were cracked and stained heater in disrepair. I asked for a refund , and was told they don’t do refunds. Ended up just leaving and going to the Comfort inn. Better option. Stay away!!!!"

"This hotel has a lot of potential, BUT, when we stayed there it was in obvious need of some serious updates. The rooms we nice and spacious. However the beds were marginally o.k. Everything just looked really tired. Also, the promised continental breakfast was not served. I wish the hotel was in better shape as the location was great, but we won't stay there again until it gets some serious updates."
