"D&A Investments is owned by Daniel LeGrande so it’s funny he gave himself a 5 star review, today, after I finally received $925 of my $1,250 security deposit — only after I sent him a screenshot of Carson’s review and threatened to sue him as he obviously had a pattern of doing this. He dodged phone calls and text messages for three months, and I had the exact same experience as the reviewer before me. Why he shorted me $325? Not sure, he said he’d “send me a breakdown” if I provided him my forwarding address, which I already did months ago. He can keep it at this point. Wish I never dealt with this man/“company.”"

"Rented a property from them for a year. Didn't really have any problems until our lease ended. We have been trying for three months now to get our deposit back with no result. We have called and called and left messages with no response, when we send texts its spotty replies with no real substance or plan of action. We have been trying and trying to get some sort of response from them but to no avail, SUPER FRUSTRATING! This isn't even a case where we are disagreeing on damages and the amount they had to take from our deposit to make repairs, they simply haven't even notified or sent us anything regarding our deposit!"
