"If you want an apartment that changes the lease tease terms in the middle of a contract go here. If you want drafty, cold, outdated apartments go here, if you want to be harassed by your neighbors and leasing office go here"
"I chose this place to live because I love this location. But after living there for a very short time I found out that they have a lot of problems. Their maintenance is what I would think to be the worst in town. Told him about multiple problems which never got fixed and if it didn’t get fixed it was not fixed very well. A big reason why I chose the place was because of the pool and workout facility. The last year I was there the pool was closed for 2 1/2 months through the hottest part of the summer. I had to ask them to fix my water multiple times before they would do it. I had to clean out the laundry lint trap myself. Also had my kids accused of vandalizing their property to where the cops were called on them. My kids had nothing to do with what was done and we’re not even with me on this day. I could go on and on about this place but to make the story short it was the worst experience of living I’ve ever had. Not to mention they raised the rent on me $315 after living there for 20 months."
"If I could give negative stars I would. The management is AWFUL and so rude. My lease is up in April and I cannot wait to get out of here. My first year of living here wasn’t too bad so I decided to renew. This past year has been so bad. I reserved the room in the clubhouse for a little get together after my college graduation. I was told that the room would be unlocked and ready on Saturday for the time that I reserved it. When I arrived on Saturday, the room was still locked I tried calling, but no one was there. After about an hour of trying to figure out what to do about the party, my dad found a door that was open through the pool. Mind you I paid $100 for this room when booking it. When confronted about the room not being open, they didn’t care and only gave me $50 back that could only be used towards my rent. In the same week, I got attacked by a bunch of wasps that were on my balcony and once again, they did not care. The maintenance people come into the apartment without approval. There are two washers and two dryers in each apartment and one of the washers (the bigger one) has been broken for 3 months and now one of the dryers is not drying. Almost every month I have extra charges on my account for water and trash. I would’ve moved out of this place a long time ago, but they don’t allow subleasing. This is hands-down, the worst place I’ve ever lived at. Save your time and money, and look elsewhere."
"DO NOT LIVE HERE! I have lived here for over a year and had nothing but issues with the management office. They take forever on maintenance requests, change ownership without telling residents, have entered my apartment without notice, have dangerous cleaning/construction habits and will belittle you at the front office when You bring concerns that you have. It seems they are understaffed for the area they manage, despite raising the rent for these apartments from the 70’s. EDIT NOVEMBER 2022 They turned the water off without warning and also trapped my car in a lot for “repairs” but did not give adequate warning so I lost some time at work because I was late getting my car out. They don’t seem to respond too much to complaints and they also are hard to get ahold of and when they do they will talk down to you."
"This place is the worst! Amanda is nice when you are applying for the apartment. But after you are approved she really doesn't care about helping you at all. When I first started staying there I had no AC and it took them 4 days to move in a portable AC unit. The apartment has roaches as well. I broke my lease at this apartment because my dog had separation anxiety. I moved into a house after being there for about 4 months. The worst part is trying to pay when you are not a resident. When I log into the website it's only showing me previous properties that I looked at. It doesn't give you an option for payment even though, the letter they sent to my house said that I could. Also the number that was provided in the letter has been unavailable for days and they sent the incorrect URL for payment in the letter. Amanda pretty much said that there was nothing she could do in a very condescending voice. She just said you can mail in the payment to Centerspace. But why the hell would I send my money to Centerspace address when they can't even get their phone situation straight or their website user interface to the point where you can make a simple payment. I just don't trust sending money in the mail to a company that's so incompetent with such small things. I never leave reviews but Amanda was so rude and so unhelpful. She didn't offer any alternatives you could really tell she didn't care."
