"Highpointe has all the amenities, all the well kept space in and outdoors, all the nearby conveniences that anyone could want but in addition to that, the staff is awesome. They go beyond quick responses to maintenance or basic issues which they do, but also just help you live your life more comfortably, like helping you with packages with weight and size you underestimated brought to your apartment, like refrigerating packages as indicated on the box, to coordinating events and special resources like holiday wrapping supplies free in the clubhouse. They are always super friendly and eager to help. This is a great place to live."

"Been here for 9 years and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else! All the staff are amazing, friendly, and caring. It’s in a great part of town and all your shopping needs are close by. Love the pool, the dog park and the grounds are kept really nice. Neighbors are all nice and the buildings are quiet and kept very clean. Frequent fun events are thrown so you can meet your neighbors. They keep up with maintenance and even plow the snow in the winter by the dog waste stations so your pet can do their thing. "I moved to Highpointe earlier this year and my experience has been fantastic. Candace and Jacob in the office are always extremely friendly and helpful, maintenance is quick and efficient, and I’ve met a handful of my neighbors in the few months I’ve lived here which makes it feel more like a community. My pup loves meeting new doggy friends in the dog park as well! I actually requested that my unit be updated before I moved in, and they happily obliged. I feel the price point is fairly competitive in Lincoln for what you get. Even in one of the smaller floor plans, the layout makes it feel very roomy. My only hope is that they update the fitness center while I’m here, as it’s pretty outdated, but still has plenty of equipment."
