"If you care about your mental health and over all well being, please read this before considering renting from these clowns. Casa Property's allowed me and my children to live with mice without responding to our maintenance request to resolve the issues. We seen mice running outside in our backyard in the front yard. In the kitchen. In the bathroom. In our beds. You name it and they did nothing. When we moved in the house was patched up as in broken blinds were taped up and so on. Whatever. Imagine my surprise when moving out being charged 700 Dollars to replace all the blinds. But they were okay with the bare minimum when we moved in. If you like being scammed go head and move in. These people take advantage of people who don't have enough money to find something better"

"I have lived here for 10+ years, the complex has gone through 3 owners in that time each worse than the last. In two years, the rent has jumped from $480 to $530 to now $725 "for maintenance" however, there is no consistent maintenance being done beyond the person who comes with a leaf blower once a week. Our laundry facilities are run down with non-functional machines. It was reported 3 years ago & the company's solution was to simply unplug the machines that don't work. They were never fixed or replaced. In 2022, I had a hole in my bathtub for 4 months. I reported it in July, no one even looked at it until the end of October & that was only after the downstairs neighbor reported a water leak. The first person who looked at it said the whole tub/shower unit needed to be replaced. The second person simply patched the hole and returned the next day to paint the enamel. It started peeling off 48 hours later. The employees go into your apartment without telling you or asking when is a good time to do so. Twice, employees have walked in while I was changing clothes because they did not wait for me to answer the door. Other times, I only way I know they have been here because the lights are on when I come home from work. There are two reasons I remain: 1) It is still probably the lowest rent in town for a one bedroom (not a studio) and 2) the neighbors genuinely look out for each other as we have caught drug dealers and other people breaking into cars, squatting, & attempting to steal things. The police are here at least once a month (if they decide to show up at all)."

"Required multiple attempts to finally contact anyone despite messages left. Arranged to view an apartment in a low- to middle-income neighborhood. The person setting up the appointment acted like they were doing ME a massive favor. When arrived, the representative wasn't waiting outside...apparently waiting in apartment. Multiple buildings, poorly marked as to Apt nos. Found correct building. Exterior had lots of trash, overflowing dumpster uncleared leaves (in April). Interior had threadbare carpet, extremely strong odor of human urine, trash all over hallway. 2 people I encountered didn't speak English, wouldn't direct me to the desired apartment even when asked in Spanish, and stank of marijuana. Called office and told them the above and said, "Hell, no." Obviously taking advantage of people who have no voice/choice as they are illegals. I feel sorry for anyone forced to live there."

"These reviews say it all. I don’t rent from them, and no one should. CASA preys on people’s desperation for housing and lack of resources, often immigrants. They do bare minimum plywood unpainted exterior repairs. They do not pay for trash often enough, bins are always full or overflowing. They never clean up litter on the property from their density, and don’t care that they attract rummagers. I’ve seen grills on balconies, a fire code violation. They’ve been reported to the City and do not correct anything. Their tenant’s bass booms in the alley all night, keeping tenants the whole block awake. There are domestic disputes regularly. I don’t know why they bother questioning bad reviews when there’s so many. Shameful."
