"I don't recommend this complex as their gym is terrible and very old. I have never seen a worse gym than theirs. The equipment is very old and does not work properly. I hope they update the gym sometime in their life."

"I can’t tell if it’s mid or if I just get mid treatment. Everyone else seems so happy but eh I just think it’s a solid 3 stars. I think a lot of private leasing agents would be in the 2 or 1 star category so be grateful because it could always be worse is pretty much how I treat it."

"I worked with Jenifer during my application process. She was friendly and detailed. I toured an Aspen II apartment over a lunch break. It was clean and I liked the floorplan. I turned in my application and was approved by the end of the week. Then I received a call that an Aspen, with the brick, was available. I choose that one over the Aspen II just for my personal preference. Also have an option for a garage too. There is a wait-list but not a big deal for me. My apartment was clean and move in ready with fresh paint, new carpet, blinds and newer window/sliding glass door. I visited the fitness center and that's very convenient for me as well. I was able to cancel my gym membership and save some money. Overall it has been a pleasant experience so far"
