"The service and communication by Karen, CIP property manager here, had been above and beyond for my last stay for two years. I appreciate her readiness to help."
"Easiest move-in that I have had in awhile. Few damages that we wish were addressed prior to move-in, but nothing that is of top priority. Our property manager has been absolutely fantastic."
"I love my apartment where I lived at Walter that's lives in our apartment take care of the tenants that's lives there. Karen is a great property manager with CIP she takes her of the tenants you can always count on these two people are good. We don't have any problem in our apartment because it's taking care."
"The apartment building is very well maintained and kept clean by an onsite manager. If the manager is not available for any reason, issues can be addressed by calling another representative who is available by phone. Maintenance issues are quickly resolved. I have found the building's management to be very pleasant and accommodating. The apartment itself is quite comfortable, safe, quiet, very affordable , has easy access to a washer and dryer, has its own parking lot, and is conveniently located near the restaurants, shops and other activities of downtown Lincoln. The apartment building is very suitable for families, single individuals, students, and individuals like myself who are in the process of relocating to Lincoln from another state. I have been pleased with my experience at this apartment complex, and therefore, give it my highest rating."
"My unit is a 2 bedroom apartment, having two floors (3rd & 4th floors) with the 4th floor being a loft floor, and also having a spiral staircase and a high (double height) ceiling. I find it really "sexy" if I quote Karen (our property manager). The entire property is well-maintained. CIP is very responsive to our maintenance requests compared to many other realtors, and they send us the maintenance staff on the same day in most cases. My floors (3rd and 4th floors) are clean and quiet, and housed by well-mannered and friendly neighbors. It may be a different story if you live on the 2nd floor, as the 2nd floor is responsible for the cigarette smoke odor and pungy and moldy smell leaking out to the stairways. The property is not a non-smoking property, but smoking in the public/common areas is not allowed. Smoker residents, however, do not always adhere to the rule, and stairways are smokey on most days and even smells like Marijuana a few times a week these days. Security is improving; the hallways now have security cameras. Lincoln is known for petty thefts, and since the bike rack area has poor visibility and does not have a security camera, you will have your bike stolen if you park it there. I had my bike stolen three times at the rack. The property is fiber-optic (Allo) ready, which is faster, more stable, and cheaper than the cable service we had before. The property is conveniently located - only 15-20 min walk to the UNL campus; less than a block to the community garden that we rent; 3 blocks to the Centennial Mall street, an auto mechanic place, a Mexican restaurant and a community center; 5-6 blocks to a small shopping street; and within 5-minute drive to small shopping centers. Overall, it is a great property and we are happy to live here."
