"The office and maintenance staff are respectful of your time and space, however, don't expect your neighbors to be respectful. I have been here a year and a half and at first a lady lived above me with 2 pugs that she constantly yelled at and let outside without leashes. She also played sleep ambiance that I could hear through the ceiling. Now my upstairs neighbors constantly drop stuff and stomp. The problem would lessen if the second level was carpeted and it very noticeablely is not."

"For the cost it's a serviceable living space with okay service. The main issues are that the apartments aren't the best looking and the maintenance isn't 100% reliable to do things on time, but if you're looking for a cheap play to stay off-campus, this is definitely worth it. Riley Smith's also been helpful at the leasing office for any questions, so you know what you're getting from this place."

The apartments themselves are lovely, and I particularly appreciated the convenient parking. What's more, the rates are quite affordable for the quality of living here.
