"Brother used to rent here. Neighbors threw a loud party but he got blamed. Security forced into his home and pushed him around. He moved out early and they screwed his ability to rent elsewhere for years."

"Nice location if you’re good with being in the middle of the action. There are more updated/nicer apartments in the area and the bedrooms and closets are very small here but the main reason my husband and I have stayed here so long is because of the property manager Courtney! Shes a joy to see around the building and really makes a difference when we are considering moving other places. Alex from maintenance is also awesome. He’s super helpful and very friendly! The building is a mix of students and young professionals + a few adults here for work now and then. Overall a good spot for being in the heart of the Haymarket."

"Lived there for a while! Bedrooms are small, but corner apartment with a great view and windows! In unit washer and dryer, parking not included which is annoying but there is park n go for a monthly 75 next door. Be prepared for it be loud on the weekends and weekdays sometimes with pinnacle bank and the railyard, never bothered me though. Mostly writing this because the building manager Courtney is amazing! She helped me so much during some extensive issues due to COVID-19, moving suddenly and family issues! Amazing lady and such a joy to see around the building! Thanks Courtney!"

"The location and units are both incredible (especially in-unit laundry!), but the noise from the Railyard is a huge detractor. Be sure to invest in blackout curtains and a noise machine if you ever want to fall asleep."

"I moved into Canopy Lofts in August and it's been great. The building itself is very clean and they clean the hallways and lobby regularly. They have security on weekend nights and during the day on game days which is nice. It is a very quiet building and they make sure that there are no loud parties going on late at night. The only noise you will hear is during the weekends when people are going to the bars and such but the noise stops about midnight and never goes later than that. Maintenance is very quick to respond to fix any issues. The unit itself is very nice with nice appliances and tall ceilings. Internet and basic cable are included. The location is also perfect with restaurants nearby and the post office and Pinnacle Bank Arena are just across the street. It is also within walking distance to UNL and takes me about 15 minutes to walk to Avery. Overall this is a great place to live and I will be living here until I am finished with school next year."
