"NOW BEFORE YOU JUMP TO CONCLUSIONS, I personally know several people that live at a Fairfield West and Glenbrook complexes that this manager and her maintenance run and I feel sorry for all those residents. I am confused as to why would anyone be a manager yet not be a manager, Angela is one of the very worst persons to try to talk to about anything, she always makes up some excuse as to why she can not talk, and we all know its nothing but a lie coming out of her mouth, she can not ever give you an answer, ALSO she loves loves loves loves to lock the doors and pretend to not be there ever, there is not one day that goes by that a person will not find the door locked and it should never be locked with the agent working there to, someone should always have that door opened during business hours! AS far as the so called maintenance man (haha) Cody is worthless and can not do much of anything when it comes to maintenance and should be replaced, he to always has excuses for everything! He runs through make-readies like he's on fire and never ever really completes one all the way! Everyone that has moved in has been told that he will be back to take care of whatever he didn't do in the first place, yet he never ever comes back, I know people that have had issues with Cody from day one and are still waiting for almost two years, maybe even longer than that. SOMEONE look into the guy! I believe he must just be eye candy (gross) because he is a far cry to being a real maintenance person, he has to call every other company to come do what a real maintenance person should already know how to do and do it. I believe whomever is in charge of these people should do a test on each of them, see what they are really qualified to do besides be mean and belittle everyone, they act like they're better than anyone else in the world and their not! I believe it is Seldin Company out of Omaha. Sincerely a very concerned person! I have also reported them to HUD, League of Human Dignity, Seldin Co (which done no good) and referred a few to good attorneys."

"Beware of the property manger named Linda she is racist and is trying to remove everyone of color in these units! Have lived within this property for +10 years and always has been good to us up until recently. Plus over years this area is no longer as safe as is use to be but beyond that maintenance is HORRIBLE. Our hot water constantly goes out, neighbors have infested us with bugs, landlord shows up with warnings and new rules weekly, and whenever we call to have things repaired they ignore us or do not show up. The maintenance guys are awesome and very nice but people in the office and the management are very rude and not considerate when things stop working. It’s not a big problem cause they do not live in these homes and that very much shows. Overall would NEVER recommend staying here lost its quality and care for its tenants. And I would love to learn how I can report the whole property or warn enough people this is not worth it. Please rent somewhere else where they care about you and does not discriminate!"
