"This is worst experience ever I faced when I moved inn to Apartment. Worst part-- > Water shut off and shut inn walve in the bed room closet for whole buiding, no one say anything about it and ground or first floor is high priced. Maintenance wants to access into my bed room to shut the valve and turn on when ever they needed. I work night come back for sleep maintenance knocking on door knocking on my bedroom door need access. It's happened 3 times in a month I just moved inn. It feels me so annoying I reported to leasing office on February 18th I guess still no response. My question is when I am not aware of it, about water shuttle off valve I don't like them coming in to my bed room moving my stuff in my sleep time, when ever they needed, " we gave u one day notice for what to enter into my personal space ". My answer sorry i dont like that, I am paying room rent every month that means you are not allowed disturbing my convenience. Firstly, I choose 1st flr so I can avoid steps and payed high price that's the dumbest decision I think I took. I moved inn February but paid rent 15 days before I am not worried about it but they even didn't check my appliances are ready to use or not. Reference attached the picture. I complained with buzzing noise on Jan 17th but it fixed on Feb 7th. Stove fixed on Feb 20th. They marked as low priority. Secondly Outlets are not working reported on February 2nd fixed on 24th I guess. Thirdly weather strips for living and bed room reported on Feb 1st not yet fixed paying every month 1000 more blowing cold air inside. They claim their selves the best in community."
"I’m Lionshead resident. Emily who works in the office is rude and unhelpful. Lionshead helps a towing company make some extra $ at the expense of their residents. My husband had to park on the line last night due to the person already parked poorly in the spot next to him. He got no warning and his truck was just towed. We thought it was stolen. We are paying renters. It’s ridiculous that our $1,000 + monthly can’t pay for his vehicle to take up two spots for less than 8 hours. Oh and by the way, they don’t tell you at move in that they will be towing your car if you don’t park good enough. When I called to complain about all of this instead of hearing my concerns Emily chose to respond by gaslighting me and calling my husband a jerk for parking on the line. She has always been unprofessional and unhelpful but this time I am fed up. I always pray I get Jordan when I call in because she is unpleasant and has no customer service skills. I’ve already tried calling corporate and they won’t call me back."
"Want to get your packages stolen multiples times from the mail room, a room that has key fob access then this is perfect for you. I have been here 8 months and they have posted multiple times that packages are being stolen but still have not done anything to help resolve the issue."
"Stay away from Lionshead and Biltmore apartments. They are the worst in Omaha. If you are still into moving in be aware 1. Work orders are not fast moving 2. Staff are not well-informed about the leasing agreement details, so its better you read them before you move out. 3. Be aware, if you got tricked and owe them money when you move out, they'll come with a settlement agreement to make sure you don't post any negative reviews on websites. 4. If you have breathing problems, don't you dare move-in cuz they don't fix mould issues to the fullest, making my asthma worse. 5. Most of all, don't go by the best of Omaha reviews because they give away entire Little Caesar's pizza for voting for them. I'm not writing out of any emotional rage, purely out of personal experience. We had the worst move-out experience because the leasing staff gave half-baked information which lead to paying more money to Richdale, due to late fees, when we had been expecting our security deposit back in full. We chose to pay the full amount, including the late fee referenced in point 4, rather than sign the settlement agreement to share our experience with all of you to hopefully save you some time, money, and frustration. Home should be a place you want to be, not a place to avoid. Good luck out there!"
"I have only been here a short time but I love Lionshead so far. Preston and Wayne from maintenance have been so helpful with replacing my dryer and fixing my guest bathroom outlet. I have one of the first if not the first apartment that has been painted fully gray and I love how it looks with my furniture. My building is also right next to the Biltmore and their two story gym and indoor pool is just a quick walk away. I'm glad I chose Lionshead to live. Here are some pics before I was fully settled in."
